You can define different access groups for each project and match these groups with Confluence spaces, then set the permissions the way you need it. This, and adding quick links to the Project and Space. This way it should be all organized neatly.

The only thing that comes to my mind is using Better Content Archiving app in Confluence to organize content creation and reviews. Nothing out-of-the-box I think.
-
I don't know any App which would enable out-of-the-box billing, this would probably require some kind of integration with your invoice system via REST API. Sounds like a lot of custom code, though.

And by the way, if you're interested in Workflow Design, parent company of CoreSoft Labs is organizing a free webinar on 26th of May: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/learn-how-to-build-jira-workflows-like-a-pro-essential-jira-knowledge-tickets-104528812492 There will be a Q&A session after it, if you need any help :)

As these questions are page-based, the name indeed needs to be unique. I don't think that this tool is actually good for gathering feedback. There was a macro proposed in 2018 by one of the users, but I don't know if it still works. You can check it though. Alternatively, if you are considering a paid addon, maybe Survey…

The documentation says: "To opt in and opt out of notifications in the customer portal: * From your customer portal, select Requests > Customer notifications. * Choose the request whose notifications you want to opt in or opt out of. * Select either Get notifications or Don't notify me, besides the eye icon. To opt out of…

Hello, I can recommend you an app developed by us (CoreSoft Labs) - SLA PowerBox. It should cover all of your configuration needs without any problems nor need to do it through Rest API.
-
Hello, everyone can set it up individually by going to his/hers profile and changing the Email Settings. If you tick "Subscribe to daily updates" only, you will receive one email per day.
-
Hello, even if the deactivated users have created private spaces, the spaces should not disappear after deactivating the users. The same goes for pages. I guess you'd have to provide some more details...
-
Hello @Arthur Mack , thanks for your feedback. I'll edit the article to reflect this change. It's a shame, panel is a great functionality :(
-
Hello! Sorry for the late answer, I was on a paternity leave for some time. SLA PowerBox allows to create different SLA Metrics / Goals / Working Hours and to toggle between these and combine these as necessary, if that's what your requirement is about. Maybe we could work on some more details?

You can use Announcement Feeds app for this (developed by us, CoreSoft Labs). You set up a separate feed for the group you want to notify, select a placement and create content (from short notifications to long articles) that will be displayed to the users. It's available for Jira and Jira Service Desk. I use it at one of…

This can be done with SLA PowerBox. The app is designed specifically to handle complex SLA agreements, so there won't be any problem in configuring it.

If you're looking for more customizable solution for communication with Service Desk users, we have an app for that: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220355/announcement-feeds-banners-feedback It's useful, when you often need to communicate changes in the process etc.
-
Without any digging in CSS files, you can only alter logo and color scheme. So if you want to perform some deep modifications (e.g. fonts), you need to go after the CSS files. By the way, if you'll be looking for a tool to help with managing information about downtimes/outages/new versions etc. in Service Desk, have a look…
-
Yeah, it's necessary to get all of these to one space, unfortunately.
-
It's more a RSS or news feed, but with news based on Jira issues or individual announcements. Email me at support@coresoftlabs.com and I'll give you a quick tour :)

Have you tried editing velocity templates? https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/customizing-email-content-938847640.html
-
Can I know why do you need that? Sounds a bit limiting...
-
Hello, we (CoreSoft Labs) happen to have an app for that :) You can set a separate news feed in your Jira Service Desk, for the support team only, and share the updates there. Link: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220355/announcement-feeds-banners-and-alerts
