Hi @Wade H To run Scrum, you need a Scrum Board in a project and thats the problem. A Sprint will be created in a specfic projects. Even if you have a lot of projects demonstrated in a scrum board, that is allocated to a "personal" space. So - what you want, Jira by default wouldnt achieve.

Also looking at my own integration here the direction exists, but i cant select priority in Zendesk Support side. I assume this is due to be a dropdown field, so you need to ask Zendesk for sure about it.
