The cloud backup has export purposes, that is why you can see it running or generating backup files. Have a look on this https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/exporting-issues-776636787.html It may be due to we already have an data backup provided by Atlassian, using their infrastructure, so delegating the backup…

You need to check the project permission scheme, if there is any configuration that prevent users from a group (or if the group is not related there), if there is a role in Browse project permissions, if so, the correct would be add the person in the group. In short: you neet to review the Permission Scheme for this…

@Dirk Ronsmans and @Stuart Capel - London in reality all prep courses have this format. there are complete administration courses, on demand on the list, but they cost 300/400 USD. it is an excellent tool, because it gives more details on the exam topics, and it really is not a course in itself.

@Gauri Velankar Its not possible, as Assignee is hidden field https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-desk-cloud/docs/what-are-hidden-fields-and-unsupported-fields-in-request-types/

The issue is: any logged in user can browse projects. Your user group ios a logged in user, so, they will be able to see every single project in your instance. you need to refine your permission scheme prefering using the project roles i mentioned. thats why i said there is no step by step solution, it will depend on how…

Hi there. Not yet. There is a suggestion opened https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17740 They are evolving the feature, so voting would help on priorization of it
-
You should prefer project roles, and set up your permission schemes based on project roles, so your business representative, will have access in the project and only the project in they are member. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/managing-project-roles-776636382.html There is no step by step solution for…

now is clear! i saw this earlier, and didnt get the point. thanks for the article.

I have answered the form. I miss a training or guide, with simple steps and use cases for advanced configuration of boards (between projects and personal ones for cloud, in example). i.e, I have an work flow and two boards separeted for Product Backlog management, and other for development process itself. this way i can…

@Julia it would be nice if this article here, was clear about the wait period for getting results.... It says "after beta exam", I was not couting on 2 months..... :( @Dirk Ronsmans sorry for your fingernails (and sorry for mine, too)
-
taking advantage of the question above related to retake, what will be the acp-120 retake price? same for beta examers or following the current policy price for retakes?
-
@Julia thanks for the explanation, but yet, its not possible for me understand why ACP-600 is not part of ACM program... Its also a really difficult exam, with very detailed information, a big and complete preparation course.
-
no addon apps... I guess I found. There was an update in Next-Gen projects to be able to link to bitbucket github and so on, but its not for Classi, as the DevTools option is the one for it.... And Nothing happen when I activate it from classic....
-
@SyedLinkedIN i will avoid to answer the 1st question, because this is a atlassian strategy. although I dont think they would be replaced. for the second one, I will advise you as I would like to be advised from cert gurus (LOL): do ACP-600 (for server, yes) for starting any path you would like to. It will give you a lot…
-
@Romel in my view the course covers the topics, but if you do not understand anything related to any of it, I suggest to go deep and search for it in docs. Special attention to differences related to next-gen and classic projects, permissions, jql, reports, and boards that is 25-35% of exam, as the exam topics says so, is…

@Wade Henderson Project Archiving is a Premium feature, that maybe ther reason why you cant see the option. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/archive-a-project-1013843066.html
-
@Rob Horan you got the point..... did you take 620 too?
-
ACP-620 exam - done. really difficult to set my mind that the result will come just in september! :( but its the price. lol And after today, I really wonder why ACP-600 is not part of ACM, and I suggest to review this decision..... Next ACP-120!!!

I would do this by worflow post functions if some of the the transitions is reached. Not a bottom, but works. The problem with jira server is that the copy fields option is not available in the last time i did it something similar for server. Not sure if something changed

Hi All, Can someone help here? Or indicate who to reach out? For ACP-620 course, Lab workbook says: "To log in during the labs you'll need each user's email address and the password. You should have received this information after registering for the course." I didnt receive any. During the demos session its being said,…

Im a Jira Cloud enthusiast! Then I'm in already!
-
I didnt get any mock (not even know if they exist.... LOL). The point is: the concepts must be fully understood, although you have the experience related, you will be not able to provide the correct answers without the "why jira was built as is". Mocks are not needed if you get the concepts. If you need, im here to help :)

It was hard! LOL feeling of heart attack has been around for almost 1 hour

My online experience was terrible..... I would not recommend anyone to take it online. Kryterion proctoring is really dificult, they stop the test any time to complain about the light (3 times).... Connection dropped, I had to go to the chat (no kiding) 3 times, in order to them release the link for opening again. Second…

Hi @sravani.goli I had a recent experience with ACP-600, and Im not planning to try another Atlassian Certification until next year, but I went to check the 300 exam topics, and would recommend to you, take the ACP-600 track, and them refine the knowledge based on Exam topics for ACP-300. Most of the ACP-300 are well and…

Congrats @Benjamin !!!!!!!!

Hi @Matteo Pacenti Software projects do not have approval behaviors as Service Desk. What I would do if I would implement your scenario, is setting a Condition in the "Approval" transition, based in a Project Role or Group. Then only who is in this Project Role / Group is able to transition to the Status Approved.
-
To better understand you problem, would be nice to see your workflow for this Issue type, and if there is a post function, and its order. Also, could you clarify if you used your Atlassian account to report the issue and test it? I see both in the screen, but not sure who is the "test customer".
-
Hi @Jiri Kanicky Currently is not possible to configure this field to set any default. There is a suggestion to implement it https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4382 If you dont want the customers to share the ticket with its own organization (that is the first option that is showed in this field) , the workaround…
