Hi @Matt Doar , In addition to the ability to create your own agents, Rovo comes with more than 20 agents out-of-the-box, created by Atlassian. This page has more details to help you learn more about their capabilities. Re: app definitions - understood, will remove for clarity. Thanks.

Hey all, Jess here from Atlassian Platform Product Marketing. Thanks for the thoughtful questions and feedback on this thread. Many of you have similar questions, so we’ve addressed the top themes below to provide clarity. Why the shift from 'products' to 'apps'? We recognize that terminology changes have downstream…

Hi @LarryBrock , that’s a great point. You’re correct, the variation in end-user needs from product to product means that the minimum seat requirements also vary: 500 users for Jira Software, Confluence, and Crowd Data 50 agents for Jira Service Management 25 users for Bitbucket 1 remote agent for Bamboo

Hi @Pablo Silva great question. Future sprints were recently released in Jira Software 8.8, so you'll first need to upgrade to the latest version of Jira. Then, whenever you create a sprint a pop-up opens allowing you to enter dates for the sprint. You can find more details in the release notes here. Let us know if you…

Fantastic article @PJ WysotaWow 51 steps in one workflow made my jaw drop, really interesting to hear how you weigh balancing governance with utility. What performance improvements were you able to see from this deep cleaning? I'm also curious if you were able to utilize project and issue archiving to clean up outdated…

Hi @Jason Unsworth great question. Like you mentioned, the Enterprise release is a dedicated version of Jira Software and Jira Service Desk. Jira Software technically encompasses Jira Core, so we do release Jira Core as an Enterprise release as well. When prioritizing which fixes to backport over the 2-year support window,…

That's good feedback @Adrian Popescu With the next release (Jira 8.5) we are delivering an automation cookbook for archiving, with detailed documentation on how to automate this process. Will plan to share that here and with the community once that is live, and would love feedback. Best, Jess

@Danila Koshel Yes, portfolio is another option! The roadmaps we've built into Jira Cloud and the roadmapping functionality in Portfolio serve two different purposes and we will continue to support both. The new roadmaps are much simpler than Portfolio and take quite a different approach, just drag and drop. If you have…
