Can you send some screenshots? How many users are administrators? Those count towards the licenses as well

Hello @Matt Best welcome to the community, I'm afraid that you aren't missing anything. For the moment organizations can only be managed by agents or admins.
-
Hello and welcome to the community. A simple way to see that is from the groups management tab, whoever is in the jira-software-users it has a license assigned.
-
@Evelyn Juarez welcome to the community. What you are trying to do isn't possible at this point.
-
Hello @Pedro Amador welcome to the community, it you were on a classic project I would suggest you check the customers permissions tab but not sure if next gen projects have such thing. If you are still in test phase, I would suggest you change your project to a classic one, that will work better in the long term as…
-
Hola @cynthia_zengin bienvenida a la comunidad. Para hacerlo debes tener un issue type del tipo subtarea en el esquema de incidencias (issue type scheme) del proyecto. El flujo de trabajo no influye sobre esto
-
Hello @Marco Escobar I can't help you with item 2 but my guess is that with item one the ticket is assigned to you first either by another rule or could be that you are the default assignee for a component maybe and when a ticket gets created with it, you are assigned to it but later automation is configured to do…
-
Hello @Matias Stagnari you can't merge them as it sounds but what should do is the following. Pick the one you are going to keep. Using bulk edit, copy the information from the other custom field to the one you are keeping Once all has been replicated, delete the custom field you are not going to keep Add the other custom…

@Karla Diaz welcome to the community, I would say that the best place to keep those notes are in a Confluence page rather than Jira.
-
hello, to create reports at least they need permission to browse the project (and therefore the issues within). They shouldn't need permissions to anything else in order to create reports from the tickets, view all worklogs at most of the team is logging hours.

Hello @shiju_krishna welcome to the community, in my case I use in one of my customers' environment SAML app from mini orange. It's quite simple to setup and support team has been fast to respond whenever I needed them https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215430/jira-saml-single-sign-on-sso-jira-sso

Hello @asukumaran welcome to the community. To change a db type your should do the following. * Backup Jira * Stop jira * Change Jira db.xml file to point to the new db (this would be seen as if your Jira environment is brand new and you just installed Jira) * Restore Jira from the backup you made Some minor steps might be…

Hello @David_Hamlin welcome to the community. It's a bit hard to guess the query without knowing the custom field type and name but assuming that your defects are all tracked as bugs and the custom field you are using for the country is named country and is a multiselect field. Query should be something like this Issuetype…

Hello @Katelyn Withers voting would be used when you want some feedback from the users about what to do next. The most useful scenario is for the users to vote for the next feature they want to have. That would give you the idea of which things will be more welcome by the users.
-
Hello @Roger Von Urff welcome to the community. You can only use emails for one request type. Maybe you can try the automation feature and the smart values functionality there to try to identify certain types of requests by email and then auto edit the request type to match the ones you expect. I haven't done this before…
-
Hello @Richard Cooper you should go to workflow schemes within the issues tab from the admin menu. Search for the workflow scheme used on that project and I would expect to find two workflows there one assigned as a default and one specific for stories. Remove the second workflow from the scheme and publish the change of…

I agree with @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- if you still want to look for those apps, you should check Eazybi, that tool should allow you do what you are looking for.
-
Hello @Daniel Gallegos there is no place to set that but I would not recommend you to do that anyway. Take advantage on the flexibility that this offer to ensure you show only what you need based on the queue you are at so you don't unnecessarily clutter the view. As an example, seeing the assignee usually adds value but…
-
Hello @Anna_Medinaceli welcome to the community as far as I can tell, that can only be done on standalone version with a couple of apps.
-
Hello @David welcome to the community. Unfortunately if your want to have the knowledge base behavior at JSD you must do it using Confluence

Sea nativamente o mediante complementos lo que quieren realizar no es tan simple. Si son nuevos en esto de seguro les va a llevar unas cuantas horas lograr el resultado esperado
-
Hello @gabriela lobo welcome to the community. You can't do that as you describe it but maybe you could have a status where the sla time doesn't count. You move any ticket with linked issues there, then as the linked issue is closed, you could have an automation rule that transitions the other ticket and therefore, start…
-
Hello @Elbra Pirayev welcome to the community. I'm afraid that there is no other way rather than what you are doing. I'm not sure if that's something that you could configure via rest API, that way you would be able to develop something that makes this less tedious.
-

Hello @Kashvi Kumar welcome to the community. I would suggests that you create a dashboard, on it add the pie chart gadget and you will be able to configure it based on a filter or the whole project and make the pie chart based on components. That should get you what you need
-
Hello @[deleted] you will have to use apps like backbone issue sync or exalate to sync issues between multiple Jira instances
-
CSV import maybe but I try to avoid it.
-
Hello @Paul.Donovan welcome to the community. We have done stuff like that in the past and should be able to help you with it. Regarding AD I can tell you in advance that you will need Atlassian Access to do that. For the process setup I would certainly need to know more about it.
