Hello @Dustin Holden I would suggest you take a look to opsgenie integrations with AWS. I don't know much about AWS but I know that there are many things available https://www.atlassian.com/software/opsgenie/aws If any of those are the ones you are looking for, you can certainly connect opsgenie to JSD to finish the…

Hello @Mike Scott unfortunately the answer to this is no. Most likely if you play a bit with eazybi app you can achieve this but it implies that you add such app to the environment
-
I get it, have you checked this app? https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220396/google-groups-sync-for-jira-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=pricing You should do the numbers to see if adding the users isn't more cost effective than using this app but at least it's another alternative
-
I'm afraid you won't be able to change that. I would suggest you take advantage of the keyboard shortcuts to make it less tedious. While seeing the ticket press the period button on your keyboard and start typing link. It should suggest you to link issues and you know the rest.
-
Hello @Jesse Katz I would suggest you create Jira users with those emails assigned to them that way the behavior is as any other standard account. I would also suggest not to use those users as real users else it might cause a lot of Spam and you would lose traceability of who is taking action with those accounts
-
Hello @igor.furlan I suppose that on the previous company you were on a standalone version that has less restrictions related to that than what you can find in the cloud version.
-
Hello @aakershit email notifications are configured withing notification schemes see more about it on the following link https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/creating-a-notification-scheme-776636401.html Also keep in consideration that when doing the notification tests you shouldn't test with your own user since…

Hello @John_Thomas welcome to the community. I'm not sure the steps you took but my guess is that with a Sprint started you created such task. The fact that it got created during the active Sprint doesn't mean that it's part of it. You must assign the Sprint value when creating it in order to be part of it. If my guess is…
-
Then I would suggest you contact the app developer. We have used the app in the past but never had this behavior.
-
Hello @Peter Johansson you should have the following things into consideration. The query must not contain any JSD specific custom field on it (request type, organization, SLAs). Users should have browse permissions for that project. When showing it in confluence I would expect the same query restrictions but with the…

Ok, a couple more of questions to see if we can narrow down the issue. Does this happen with bulk updates of tickets from any project? How about different issue types?
-
Hello, how do they look like at the custom field page? Do they have default values? Do they always show up regardless if you select them to update or not?
-
Hello @Toby Durden welcome to the community. I'm afraid that what you look for it's not in place. I would consider doing the user creation via rest API. There should be some examples online on how to create users that way.
-
The story points field might not have a context assigned to tasks. Check the custom field settings and make sure it applies to tasks as well
-
Hello @rochdi.badis you can find out the custom fields IDs when you go and configure them in Jira. Check the URL when doing so, the id should be listed there
-
Hello @Delia Escobar welcome to the community, does the field have a value? Custom fields are not shown in the ticket view unless there is a value assigned to them
-
Maybe your instance doesn't have enough ram to handle all the records at once.
-
hi @Nancy S_ Bennett glad to know that the feedback helped. About item 3 maybe that just need saved filters rather than an agile board. Might be easier to use the transitions rather than drag and drop with so many issues around. If client isn't certain you can always deploy Jira with a trial license and see for yourself…
-
Hello @Adrian.neoenmeng.e what I mean here is that by the time there are no more actions to be taken on a ticket, then that ticket must end it's process on a particular status. Based on the image you attached, done would be the one. Any ticket that is on any other status means that there are still things to be done at some…
-
Hello @Nancy S_ Bennett I have to say that you have quite unusual requirements. In the past managed a Jira server environment with more than 3000 active projects and 20000 users (can't recall amount of issues but clearly they were many). I'll provide my input about your concerns as a starting point I would say that Jira…
-
Hello @Rafael Ibanhez as far as I can tell the answer is no.
-
Sounds like an interesting scenario. What would you be tracking there? Are you interested in metrics? If no, then as @Craig Vogel suggests Trello might be enough, else stay with Jira
-
Hello @Mouse Reusch the answer would be yes if all instances use the same login method. By default they use Atlassian ID and that one works great for what you ask. Anyway, if one of the environments uses another method like ldap via Atlassian access, that wouldn't work so seamless since even though it might be the same…
-
Hello @Juan Martinez welcome to the community. It would be better to start and close sprints from the second board since that one contains all stories. Personally I prefer to have only one scrum board per project so I'm certain that I don't mess up with the Sprint. All the other boards can be kanban and I could filter for…
-
Then sounds like a bug than a configuration problem. Report this to Atlassian Support team, they might be able to help. Since you are in cloud there aren't many more options at this point.
-
ok, you are on Jira Cloud right? if so, by any chance is it a next gen project? what happens if you want to link another issue to one of those that don't work? I mean, doing the link with the issue type that fails as the destination not the origin of the link issue process
-
@Carlos Madriz you might be missing the link issues permission on that project which is why you have the problem. Do you have more than one issue type on that project? It should be happening to all of them if so. Btw... There is no image attached to your answer, just the work screenshot
-
Sorry but I'm running out of ideas without being able to see this in more detail. Shouldn't be such a headache. Usually it's not
-
maybe you need to delete plugins cache. You should review the logs
-
I suppose you should be able to ask for a new trial if you couldn't test it.
