Hello @Nico_Lindner welcome to the community. As a Jira administrator you have control of who can see or not the environment. Cloud is no different with this.
-
Are those users listed as customers? They should end on that role, yes. But maybe jira needs them listed as customers first
-
Hello @Khachatur Vantsyan as @Sebastian Mühleis Jira portfolio is what you are looking for. There are other alternatives as well if you want to check like big picture for example.
-
It should be at the top right of that view. Did you create that project or someone else did? You must be the board admin to configure it. Optionally create a new one that will for certain make you board admin and then you will be able to change that
-
Hello @Leonie_Vortsman could you share some screenshots of what you see? Which part are you unable to see? Step 1? Is it a next gen project?
-
Good luck with it, let me know how it goes
-
Go to the project configuration and then select the screens tab. On it you will see the screen associated to the different issue types. Open the one that is applied to stories and you will see the list of all fields that are supposed to be shown when working on the tickets. Make sure the field issue type is listed there
-
Hi Diego, what do you mean with that? You will be logging the hours same as you currently are within each Jira ticket. In my mind you are logging the hours in Jira, Is it because it's an app that you mention this?
-
Hello @Ramajayam Iyer you could do the following. At JSD you have a simple workflow that wherever the request is approved a site admin adds that customer to a group. That same group will have to be listed as view only in the confluence home page of the space linked to that JSD project. That way you should get a behavior as…

-
hello @Ammaar Ahmed is the Issue Type listed in the edit screen for that project? in order to edit it, it must be there and the issue type must share the workflow with the other issue types of the project which seems to be the case from the images attached
-
Hello @DGIAMMATTEO welcome to the community. You should take a look to tempo timesheets app. That one should allow you to overcome this
-
Hello @Ali Azzam is the customer who is submitting the ticket or is it the service desk agent? If it's the first option then the customer must share the ticket with the organization in order to show on the image you sent. That's default setting if I recall correctly If it's the second option, then the agents must add the…

Hello @[deleted] welcome to the community, currently Jira doesn't have that functionality in place
-
Hi @Thor sounds like it would be good to have one project per OS and another for the website. Why? Because of what you mention about the releases. This way, it's easy to manage each app version. If you later want, you could have a single board that shows the 3 projects and you do the planning as a single thing
-
It you ask me, I would keep that outside Jira. Even though the solution might be valid, it's not worth the effort.
-
I would consider start using behaviors for this
-
Hello @Shahzad Anjum in order to do project import you must be in the same version. Once that is in place the destination instance must have the same status on the workflow and custom fields options to mention other considerations. Whenever you try to do it Jira will tell you what is missing
-
Hello @RamR you can create a project using another one as template but the request types configuration, queues and a few other things need to be manually replicated
-
Walter, I'm not saying that you need to delete the users, just temporarily remove them from the jira-servicedesk-users group. This won't delete the user nor the projects. They will miss some privileges until you add them to the group again. In theory you won't have problems to add them back, but it's the same theory that…
-
Great, let me know how it goes
-
Hello @Javier Lujambio welcome to the community, issue collectors are per project only. I'm not sure what criteria would you use to create the tickets on one project or another, maybe with a bit of luck and some automation behind you can move tickets to other projects as they get created
-
Hello @abhishek_sharma03 without add-ons you won't be able to achieve this. You could have two date fields and as you export the information do the math later to see if sla was met, but nothing within Jira with the limitations you mention
-
Hello @[deleted] are you Jira administrator of the environment? I suppose that option isn't available because you are just project admin. As Jira admin you should be able to disconnect it and connect it again when you would be prompted to type the email password
-
I suppose you can start here for rest API that will be needed for the back end service https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/rest-apis/ And this is the app I'm suggesting. You will find a link to their documentation there as well…
-
Hello @ChrisR that can't be done as described. Optionally you could have two transitions, one with any the requested fields empty and another with all the fields filled. On the first one you then add a screen and validators to make sure all fields are filled. On the second one you don't add any extra stuff. This way you…
-
Hello @Naveen Kumar welcome to the community, Jira doesn't have that functionality but you might want to check if the browser plugin from grammarly helps you overcome this.
-
Hello, if I would have to do something like that (and you checked that there is nothing in the market already) I would consider the elements app. You can use it to bring information from an external source, in this case maybe a simple db with the available time slots. Once one is selected have a webhook configured with…

If you are a PM and are using agile to manage your team, I would say it adds more value the ACP-300 cert. About the other question, what I understand is that the 100 is just the prep course and the exam voucher is 250. Regards
-
That doesn't sound right, you could try reporting this to Atlassian, but first I would suggest to try the following, remove a license to one of the 3 service desk users and try adding users to Jira software. The tool is complaining that you reached the limit but not necessarily the one of Jira software.
