Yes, people is supposed to work only after the Sprint started, else all the reports won't reflect the work done
-
So are the issues disappearing from that view? That would be expected since that's the planning view. Notice that on the left of the screen you see an icon with 3 columns. That's the view for active sprints. If your Sprint started, your issue would be there. If the Sprint didn't start and issue is closed then there is no…

Hello @Técnico Ideltec welcome to the community. In order to see the field listed as an option to show to the customer, the field first must be in the screen associated to the issue type behind that request type. Looks like the field type is supported based on your comparison with other fields, so I would suggest you…

Hello @Jayshree Memane Jira Service Desk only supports one email per project. If you really need more you could add email this issue app to the environment. This app will help you overcome that limitation. Here is the link to the app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/4977/email-this-issue?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
-
Hi @Yael Dvorin you need create new screens and screen schemes for each issue type and then map those into the issue type screen scheme of the project
-
Hello @Virginie_Romey welcome to the community. Tasks are shown on boards based on the query used on its configuration. If the ticket disappears after a certain transition, then either that status is not part of the query or the status is not mapped to a column in the board. Can you send some screenshots of the board…
-
If you start using this type of config, the maintenance starts to get more time consuming. Suppose that you later have to add one more field, you will have to change two transitions instead of only one just to do that. That is in the best of the cases that you know/recall that need to be done in two places instead of one…

Hola @German Garcia puedes compartir una imagen de lo que ves? No termino de entender que necesitas
-
You could but I wouldn't recommend. For that you must have 2 transitions to the same destination. First one has conditions in place in order to be shown only if all fields are already filled and no screen assigned to it. The second one is the one you have with conditions as well in order to shown if any of the fields…

Here are some images, you go to project settings at the workflow tab you edit the workflow associated to the issue type Select the transition and click edit Pick the screen you want to show during that transition. Publish the changes and that should be it. Hope it's clear enough now
-
If it's a validator the problem, do the following Create a screen Edit the workflow associated to the issue type with the problem Look for the transition causing the errors. Edit the transition and add the screen you created there. Publish the workflow changes. Sorry I can't send images to make it easier. I'm writing from…
-
Is that happening when you try to create a new ticket? If so, you must edit the screen associated to the issue type you are using and add the missing fields there. That can be done from the screen tab from the project admin view
-
Hello @Yael Dvorin you should configure the mandatory fields as such in a workflow transition and setup a screen associated to that same transition with all the mandatory fields on it. No need of additional apps in cloud to do this.
-
Hello @Nathanaël G'BAMY welcome to the community. You can't do that with the native reporting functionalities, anything that is in the Sprint ends in the report. In order to make a report like that you could use Eazybi instead.
-
Hello @Bjoern_Vanlaer I would suggest setting a condition or validator as part of the first transition in your workflow in which you would ensure that the agents fill out that field. Optionally you could have a queue for tickets without organization so it would be easy to see when a ticket still has that information missing
-
Hello @AB_Bank_Zambia knowledge base functionality is only available using Confluence, therefore you will need to get Confluence licenses to add it to your solution
-
Hello @Andrea Pennisi welcome to the community. Versions are mostly used on software type projects rather than service desk as you have this question marked. Nevertheless, you can add the system fields affects version and fix version to your issue types screen and from the project administration view you would be able to…

Hello @George Weatherall there are now a few apps for cloud that allow you to have the field options brought from a database table. I would explore that option to see if it's a feasible solution for your scenario
-
Hello @Raul Rodriguez you have two options. The fastest one is to export your information as CSV and then do a CSV import but this one won't migrate all the history of tickets and boards The other way is far more complex and requires a lot of planning and downtime. You need to backup the destination instance and restore it…
-
Hello @[deleted] welcome to the community, you will be able to do all in the same Jira instance and won't have to redo your setup
-
Hola @Francisco Totesaut bienvenido a la comunidad. Diría que vas a tener que arrancar con la opción estándar, posiblemente jira software pero es muy difícil asistir mucho más sin más detalles de lo que necesites. Productos incluye los que tu elijas.
-
Certainly not, just wanted to mention it in case you weren't aware
-
Anytime, you will still have to pay for all your users anyway. Don't forget to mark this as closed
-
Hi @[deleted] that isn't a possibility at this point
-
Hello @Mael Tedebay you can't customize the built in survey but there are apps that allow you to do that, I haven't used them but seen them in the marketplace
-
Hello @Peter_Franz you should use the word text to start the query. That would search for the summary, description and comments if I recall correctly

Software projects board are more flexible than core ones and will be useful to see and plan within the epics. In my mind the epic for big projects has several stories/tasks related to it all within it. For the small projects epic, I would expect one single story per project. For time tracking you could check tempo…
