@Tom remember you must have Jira software for this. Here are some links to help https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver086/saving-your-search-as-a-filter-990555095.html https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver086/configuring-a-board-990554478.html If you don't have Jira software, then use a dashboard…

Glad to hear that. Please don't forget to mark this as solved if it's the case

correct on the second response @Tom make a query and save it as a filter. Then you assign that filter to a board and you see the same tickets that are shown as a result of the query. In this case both projects that you are interested

Sounds like it might be the case. Have you checked the user testing @John Funk recommendation? Please send some screenshots if you can to see your current setup
-
Glad to hear that. Please mark this as such if you can

I wouldn't recommend allowing simplified workflow since the results of that is that your instance ends being confusing and far away from standard because each one named theirs status as they pleased. You end having a done, closed, finished, complete ready, etc as an end status so reports are more complex and in the end you…

Hello @jsalazar welcome to the community. Checkout Atlassian's free trainings https://training.atlassian.com/free-training-catalog

You should try accessing the trial url from somewhere else because what @Hana Kučerová stated should work
-
No problem, let me know how it goes after the suggested changes

Unfortunately I have no documentation for you this time. It's based on my experience. As mentioned in first comment. Several issues in an agile board impact on the performance when you are using it. I knew it from managing other environments, sometime in the past something similar happened to a customer that had tons of…

Hello @Desiree Olivito you only have the two options you mention and I would suggest you use the second one using a project as template and create boards for each project. Creating boards doesn't require admin permissions so the project owner could config his own board and if you later need to add a third field you will…

Hello @SEB Admin Only welcome to the community. That would need something like Jira align in order to have that kind of integration.
-
Hello @Donald Baker welcome to the community. The tasks should have a resolution in order for Jira to consider them as closed. Please validate that's the case or add some screenshots for better assist you

Glad to hear that. Don't forget to mark this as solved

Yes, set it that way and let me know how it goes
-
Hello @Fernando Rumi it could be the case that those emails are marked as bulk emails and Jira will ignore those types of emails.
-
Yes ramp up is a bit slow. But since they have many things predefined usually you have enough time to do it.
-
Hello @Erik Ellingsson take a look to this. If this works as it says you might not need to delete all the data and will avoid several steps. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver085/anonymising-jira-application-data-981155544.html

Hello @Normann P_ Nielsen _Netic_ have you checked Eazybi? Is the one I use most.
-
No but it could be due to the amount of tickets in the active Sprint. I suggest you split the board into a few more board. Maybe a few kanban boards that all show the active Sprint but add an extra criteria (one board per priority for example). Doing this you will reduce the amount of cards in the board and I would expect…

Hello @ian_finlay I manage lots of cloud environments and performance degradation isn't an issue in any of them. Nevertheless, sometimes certain apps can perform worse than others and affect the overall user experience. Also it would be expected that Jira behaves slow on an agile board with 500 issues in it. Is the poor…

Next gen are easier to start but as things get more complex you need to use classic ones. Check the link below to move the issues to a classic project https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/migrate-between-next-gen-and-classic-projects/
-
@Malin Svensson apologies for the delay. Check this documentation to know more about using filters and how to share them https://support.atlassian.com/jira-core-cloud/docs/save-your-search-as-a-filter/#Savingyoursearchasafilter-sharing_filters

No, as I mentioned cloud won't allow you to change the SMTP, but if you go to a project settings of a service desk project you can setup your domain account to receive emails from that account as Jira tickets. This is an incoming service rather than outgoing email solution. The one for the SMTP is only available on server…

As I suspected, it's because you are using a next gen project. If you create a classic one you will be able to find what you are looking for

Hello @Ahmed younis welcome to the community, could you please share what you see?
-
You can reuse existing transitions so you have the same name. Make use of conditions and validators to have more flexibility when reusing it.
-
Hello @Will Do IT if you don't want to show a project in the portal go to the project settings -> customer permissions and there select the option in which only the customers added can see the project. Afterwards remove any customer from it and that should do the trick
-
Hello @Sylvain Reissier welcome to the community. If the status is already in the workflow as can be seen in the image. You just need to add the transitions into it. You don't need to add it twice
