@Isabelle Anjos You can create another workspace, move boards from your business class workspace into that new one, then re-open closed boards in the old workspace once there are < 10 boards in it.
-
@Raegan Fordemwalt I don't think this is possible anymore with New Butler, there is a Card.findOrCreate() option in BenkoBot. For example this code would find or create a card, then find or create a checklist and add a new item to it: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/038c11d73cacab701b3af3122cf27dd2
-
@Neil Morrison from what I can see, you are completing the same checklists very frequently and in quick succession, so Butler is interpreting these as a set of actions that you could achieve by clicking a single card button instead of checking off each item. Of course this would defeat the purpose of having a checklist,…

@Raegan Fordemwalt this BenkoBot adhoc function takes the cover from 2 different cards and embeds them using markdown into a 3rd card: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/b5c1ed951eaa0749b267418d04934136 Obviously this is just a proof of concept, you'd probably want a listener that would do this for you, but the specifics…
-
@Átila Nunes yep you just create boards that are not workspace visible then add members to the board based on who needs to see what: https://help.trello.com/article/717-adding-people-to-a-board
-
@Kindall Nelson not sure! I've never used it, but get in touch with Dan Ivory he works for Orah Apps who make it https://community.atlassian.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1842230
-
@Kindall Nelson the Board Export power up will work with custom fields: https://trello.com/power-ups/5c9418019e56bd8abf98d83f/board-export-excel-csv-pdf
-
@Remya Nair you can't, but you don't need to. If you have an account set up with an email address you no longer control, that account is gone. But you simply login to your own account, copy the boards you want into a new workspace that you control and leave the old boards behind.
-
@Remya Nair You can copy a board regardless of whether you're an admin. Just copy what you need into a workspace you create, and leave everything else behind.
-
@Kindall Nelson are the custom details in custom fields?
-
@Raegan Fordemwalt so you want to have a single card with multiple images copied, once for each image so that individual images are on their own cards and as the cover?
-
@Remya Nair there are no "accounts" as such in Trello, unless you're on enterprise. You have workspaces which can have members and admins, and can be free or paid, and you have members. When people create boards, the boards do not "belong" to any account, so if you want you can simply copy the boards you have access to…
-
@Grawpy no you can't, but you could make the card title relatively ambiguous and put the content of the bug in a linked google doc that only you and select others can see
-
@Magnus there is a {weeknumber} Butler variable: https://help.trello.com/article/1157-variables so you could, for example, set the weeknumber of a due date in the card title or list name or something, but nothing that displays week number in the calendar view or the due date widget.
-
@sfkleach You might be a better result of you switch to using cards as the "task object" rather than checklist items. Then you can move cards into lists or use labels to indicate state (which is, I think, in the spirit of how Trello was originally designed even though the ability to assign members to checklists contravenes…
-
@Camette Sarkisian it seems you have inadvertently applied a filter to the board, either hit the "x" key on your keyboard or look for the white "x" in the top right where it says "search results" in greent and click that to remove the filter: https://help.trello.com/article/972-filtering-vs-searching

@Vijaya Lakshmi Card mirroring isn't enabled by default or natively in Trello so you probably have it set up via Unito. Take a look at what powerups are enabled on the board, if you don't know how to login to Unito you can just disable the powerup and it will prevent the mirroring from working.
-
@febyartandi I think perhaps you have disabled the TypeForm power up on that board. Anything that changes the way a card looks, then it's either a powerup or a browser extension and looking at that card I can't see any TypeForm powerup enabled.
-
@Matt Page whenever someone has a notification for a card, they'll see that in their notification section, not the board's activity feed. They will also see a red bell icon on the card. I also have some software that (I think) improves the notification experience in Trello: http://www.benkoboard.com/

@Emma Johnson For full board members, the only restrictions are on closing and renaming the boards, and inviting others to the board. You can have Observers who can comment, vote and download attachments, but not add attachments or move cards or check off checklists. You can also have workspace viewable boards so members…
-
@Emma Johnson you can't prevent them from editing it unless you have the board as team viewable and then only allow them to comment (ie. no attachments, no creating cards, no moving cards ... ) but you can recover a previous version of the description:…
-
@milynnus neat!
-
@milynnus glad to see they got this trigger into the new Butler!
-
@milynnus note that this will look for any label containing Apple or Strawberry, you could also do: move each card with the blue "regex:/(Coach's note|Sunscreen)/i" label in list "Inbox" to list "Done" without the ".*" which will look for an exact match. The "/i" at the end makes it case insensitive
-
@Matt Page nothing about Butler automation inherently creates comments, however whenever an action is taken it is recorded in the Board's activity stream and that's unavoidable. If you click the activity heading though: You will see that you can view only comments, rather than all activity, which might be what you're after.
-
@sfkleach my assumption with a checklist would be that the items are in order, and the next item is the one that's in progress. However if the order of your checklists is unimportant then you could simply create another checklist at the top of your card called "In progress" and drag items there when you're working on them,…
-
@Mervyn Marsh as far as I'm aware there is no way to write to the pluginData of other powerups than your own, only to read from them.
-
@Gordon Smart as @milynnus mentioned our products BenkoBoard and BenkoDesk allow you to do this. If you use either then you can email all attachments on a card to any email addess from a Trello card by posting a comment like this: @to Firstname Lastname user@example.org @attach all Hi there, here is the attachment you…

@Kevin Ponseel I have posted this in the Atlassian Slack channel

@Wild Harvest I think this feature is coming in DashCards: https://trello.com/power-ups/6048e897c73d032a983e2a7c/dashcards and I think you can also do this in Smart Fields: https://trello.com/power-ups/5e2212c3ba57415ef2ef9352
