@John McCabe labels are a good choice for prioritising because then you can filter the board to show labels of a given priority on both desktop and mobile
-
@Oakley Anderson you could use a dropdown with numbers 1 - 20 in there (or whatever range you need)
-
@Craig Burk you can't set the position of new checklists added to a card using Butler, but this Trellinator function would do it: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/89c0a8d6f305de471df030da950b6624 You can add that as a listener on all boards in BenkoBot and it will run on all boards you're a member of. If you click the…

@balancell-matteo If you're an administrative member of a business class workspace then you can remove the boards from the workspace, however board permissions are separate from workspace permissions. If you want to "take over" those boards, you can just copy the board and then leave the old one, then you will never have…

@jan_kiley Create a new workspace: https://help.trello.com/article/705-creating-a-new-workspace Move boards to it: https://help.trello.com/article/752-changing-the-workspace-to-which-a-board-belongs Then reopen boards in your existing workspace: https://help.trello.com/article/781-reopening-a-closed-board
-
@Tom Mitchell-Taverner you can use Butler due date rules to create more flexible notifications, the only issue is that if it's your own account that sets up the rule you can't generate an audible notification for yourself, however you can create a "bot account" under which to create your rules and enjoy that flexibility.…

@Maja Tintor if it's any consolation you can avoid this problem by holding cmd/ctrl and hitting enter to save without using the mouse
-
@Wouter this was explicitly deprecated recently so I wouldn't hold your breath for a fix: https://community.developer.atlassian.com/t/deprecating-oauth-access-to-1-boards-id-boardplugins-routes/49230
-
@Wouter actually the ability to enable power ups through the API was removed recently so if you try you will get an authorisation error.
-
@Patrick van Hoeijen if you want to find words in comments on all cards not just those you have open, you can use the "comment:" modifier in the search feature: https://help.trello.com/article/808-searching-for-cards-all-boards
-
@Jens van Hoof try {triggercardduedate}
-
@Anton Jones you can upgrade the workspace to business class, then you can delete the boards, then you can downgrade again if you don't want to keep business class (although given your current predicament, keeping business class might actually be a good idea)
-
@Ria Kaashoek that looks like a power up or chrome extension that you have enabled. Just disable it and that won't show.
-
@Cliff Jennings business class is on a per workspace basis, however when you get a business class workspace you can use Collections to keep boards separate, so generally you don't need multiple workspaces once you upgrade to business class.
-
@Hamal Fiallo It's possible the commands are not being executed under the Butler quota for the business class workspace because they weren't created by a workspace member. Can you double check that the members of the boards are also members of the business class workspace rather than just being multi-board guests? Under…
-
@Rob Godschall you can set the email notification frequency but you'll have to do it from the account that is receiving the notifications: https://help.trello.com/article/793-receiving-trello-notifications
-
@Deborah Dunlap You can either upgrade your workspace to business class, then reopen boards into it (BC has unlimited boards) or you can create as many new workspaces as you need: https://help.trello.com/article/705-creating-a-new-workspace then move your open boards to them:…
-
@Alejandro Solana can you show us a screenshot of your Butler rule?
-
@Silvia Wya Poty here you go: https://help.trello.com/article/705-creating-a-new-workspace https://help.trello.com/article/752-changing-the-workspace-to-which-a-board-belongs
-
@Silvia Wya Poty this just means that your boards were added to a workspace automatically and since you had more than 10 it was upgraded to business class, then 14 days later your business class trial ended and all but the 10 most active boards were closed. You can either: 1) Upgrade your workspace to business class and…
-
@Emily Foead okay so it sounds like what you want is: 1) You have multiple projects 2) From any project board you would like to be able to add a label with the name of another project board and have the trigger card copied into that project board and the 2 cards linked In order to achive this I'd recommend a "board of…
-
@Emily Foead so you have a board for each task? That doesn't sound quite right. Can you elaborate a little bit on what Task 1 and Task 2 are?
-
@Joachim Dreßen check out Placker
-
@Abbo Peterson the time to choose one over the other is when you need one over the other. When you do, you can use checklists to sub-task: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Trello-Subtasks-with-Butler/ba-p/1060392
-
@Holly Hull rather than sharing a card with a client, why not email from within Trello? http://www.benkodesk.com/ No need for instruction :)
-
@Nina Medlock you could use BenkoBot instead which has no command limits. I find the best way to do this is to copy the card, then clear custom fields and link the original to the copy. That way you have the full history while not cross pollinating your custom fields between boards. This function will copy a card in this…
-
@Thiago the simplest thing to do is have a single board, one card for each piece of training and then lists that indicate number of reminders, then use the voting power up to indicate who has viewed the training. I used to do this for process change notifications with my staff. So you have the first list which is "New…
-
@Verena Weiler Business Class is applied on a per-Workspace basis. You pay for any Workspace members, and any "multi-board guests", defined as members of more than one board in a business class workspace: https://help.trello.com/article/1123-multi-board-guests
-
@Michele Blackburn if you install the Trello mobile app then you can get Trello notifications on your mobile.
-
@Ms Tan I think what you might need are 3 rules: When a due date in this week is set on a card by me move the card to the top of list "This week" When a card with a due date less than 1 days from now is moved into the "This week" list move it to the top of list "Today" 1 day before a card in list "This week" is due move it…
