@Laura Templeton Hey Laura, on the login screen, there's a link beneath each of fields. Just click it to get your API key (you just have to be logged into Trello as the account you wish to perform the actions). So you click the api key link, copy your api key back into the field, then click the token link and do the same.…

@Branko Algoet hmmm I can see it going MM/BA/GG for 6 cards, then it breaks at the top and the bottom. Are you 100% certain that the members haven't changed and cards haven't been moved around or archived? You can look on the activity feed of the cards and the board to be certain. If you are certain, this does seem like a…
-
@viditvia Yep, just create a Butler rule: When a card is created set due in 3 days You can edit from the front of the card with the "d" keyboard shortcut: https://trello.com/shortcuts
-
@Terry Black If CountingWorks Pro has created a Trello template, you can copy and use it without paying CountingWorks Pro. If you want to use the CountingWorks Pro product, then you'll need to pay them. Probably, they just created the template as a form of lead generation.
-
@Alaia Williams yep you can use a custom field to add a checkbox to a card and it can display on the front of the card
-
@Mike Daisley you can create a Butler rule that adds her as a member of any card moved to that list, like: when a card is moved to list "Blah" add member "@assistant"
-
@Kerri Holiman this Trellinator function will do it: https://gist.github.com/iaindooley/00f60cf86f76d5ab5448ab91ad074425 You just have to update the card link. You can run it here on my BenkoBot platform, just choose "Ad Hoc" up the top after logging in: https://app.benkobot.com/
-
@Matt Geerdes custom fields are added to a board, not a card, so the same set of fields exist for every card on a board. You can set values on the fields when a label is added, and the field will only show on the front of the card if a value is set, but you can't edit which fields exist at the card level.
-
@Jason Sheper the sharing settings in Office will be separate from any permission to see and click on the link from within Trello. I've done automations for some of my clients to automatically share documents via the API in Google Drive when a document link is attached to the card, something similar could be done using the…

@Adam Hollander firstly, this is the community I'm not an Atlassian employee. Secondly are you creating linked cards for each sub-task/fix or are you just creating checklist items? https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Trello-Subtasks-with-Butler/ba-p/1060392 If you subtask with linked cards in your checklist…

@Melody KirkWagner I'm not sure what bonus means, but one thing to double check is that the board you're on is part of your enterprise team. Trello's billing is a bit different in that a single "user" (in this case you) can be a member of multiple board and multiple teams, and that boards can either be part of a team or…
-
@Jerry Leventer so you want to be able to find cards not based on member assignment but based on those members having been mentioned by name in a card comment? For example if I wanted to search in my personal board for any card where I have tagged my wife in a comment I could use: board:iaindooley comment:"@saraallison3"…
-
@Ruthie Farrand what do you mean by "engage"?
-
@Ronnie can you refer to this documentation and describe which step isn't working correctly? https://help.trello.com/article/1067-using-the-custom-fields-power-up
-
@kellewic butlerfortrello.com is the old Butler Bot. Ludable (the software company that created Butler Bot) converted Butler Bot into the Butler Power Up and then Trello acquired them and integrated Butler as a core feature of the platform. The advantage is that Butler is now much more "no code" than the old Butler Bot.…

@Sherly Soleiman there's no way to search for a list unless you use the browser's search function (ctrl/cmd+f) on a desktop browser. However it's possible if you have lots of lists that your board design could benefit from the use of labels/filters:…
-
@Sherly Soleiman one option I use is to copy a relatively empty list on the left hand side of the board and then archive call cards from the list and rename it. Also note that scrolling to the right is easier if you're "zoomed out" rather than going one list at a time.
-
@Sherly Soleiman there is actually the board/list with a little arrow at the top of the card below the title, and tapping that should take you to the board (not sure if it positions you at the correct list) but it doesn't appear to be working. I'd recommend you submit this as a bug report directly to trello via…
-
@Pawel Smuga Unfortunately you won't be able to do that because you can't write from one power up to another. You can *read* power up data (called pluginData in the API) but can't write to other powerups.
-
@Margi Read the custom fields power up will be useful here. I would create a list for each person and a card for each item, then have size and qauntity custom fields so you can create a card for an item in a person's list, then indicate which size they have and how many of them they have.
-
@JJ RR I have a product called BenkoBoard which creates cards from emails either automatically from the primary tab in Gmail or when you move cards to a specific label (folder in Outlook): http://www.benkoboard.com/ The added benefit of using this to create your cards is that you not only get a link back to the original…
-
@David Putz when you create a report, if you don't specify the variable name it's just $report, have a look at the docs: https://help.trello.com/article/1192-creating-reports-with-butler
-
@Cindy Johnson you can't trigger a Butler command on board creation, because Butler rules need to be added to each board after it has been created, however you can use date variables in Zapier to name the board correctly: https://zapier.com/help/create/format/modify-date-and-time-formats-in-zaps
-
@dgutierrez @Zack Arnold also check out the new views that give cross board perspectives: https://blog.trello.com/a-whole-new-trello
-
@Adam Hollander if you're sub-tasking using linked checklist items then wouldn't you discuss each sub-task in the card for that task?
-
@Matt Geerdes do you mean that the custom field doesn't currently exist on the card and you want to add that field, or that the field exists on the card and you want to set the value to something?
-
@Zack Arnold yep Trellinator definitely needs a coder to work it, but I also offer this service if you need it http://www.benkobot.com/
-
@Cate Reid yes that's right if it's all one board you can have as many cards as you like and you can put email addresses on the cards, that won't cost anything. You can have up to 10 boards in your free team. Incidentally, if you'd like to be able to email the brides directly from the Trello cards you might like my product…

@Luis castro try logging in via id.atlassian.com instead

@Matt Geerdes you can set custom field values when a label is added to a card, but AFAIK you can't create custom fields with Butler. Also, whenever you add custom fields they're added for the entire board, not just one card. Can you elaborate a bit more on what you're tryingn to achieve?
