  • @dathanasiadis you would also have the option of adding the member name to a "contributors" checklist, appending the member name to the description with: set description to "{triggercarddescription}\n{membername}" or appending the member name to the end of a comma separated list of values in a custom field: set custom…
  • @dathanasiadis well one option would be an automation that adds a label to the card with the name of any member who comments like this: Note that when you add the rule, you have to select from a dropdown of labels but once you press the "+" sign to add the rule, you can edit the label name to set it to the variable holding…
  • @Fallon Scoggins you should be able to do this by doing something like: When a card is emailed to the board with description containing "#{*}" rename the card to "{wildcard1}" If you need fancier pattern matching, Butler also supports regular expression pattern matching but it's a bit more finicky, here are some other…
  • @dathanasiadis And in what context do you need to see that list? Do you need a one off report or is this something that happens regularly during a review? If you describe your workflow a bit I might be able to help.
  • @[deleted] is this inside your Atlassian Access dashboard?
  • @dathanasiadis what constitutes a contribution? Is it all cards on which a particular user has made a comment?
  • @James Peart did you have the space before cs when you searched or was that a typo here? Because it should be board:cs Do other search modifiers work?
  • @James Peart have you tried with a different board name? How about a partial name match such as: board:cs maybe you have 2 spaces in the name or something and you can't see it in the way the board title is displayed.
  • @James Peart and the search works in general? So if you search for a word without the board modifier it works fine?
  • @Patrice_Palazzoli oh right, yeah sorry I was thrown by the fact that the list name before it doesn't include double quotes. Hmmm well if you can't click the + sign to add that to the rule, then it might be the best bet to make a screen recording of this and send it to Trello Support via trello.com/contact
  • @James Peart are you a member of the board CS Skills or are you only a member of the workspace to which the board belongs?
  • @Alfred you can't do this with the built-in Butler automation, but this BenkoBot function would do it: https://trello.com/c/ProKiwz3 It will even dynamically change the "percentages" based on how many lists you have in the board, for example if you have 4 lists it will move when a card is 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% complete, if…
  • @James Peart are you only unable to use this from the Product Plan product or is the search also not showing any results when you run directly in Trello?
  • @Sherif Abdelkader best to contact Trello Support rather than the community via trello.com/contact
  • @Patrice_Palazzoli it looks as though your label name contains double quotes. Might be an issue? Try removing the " from the start and end of the label name and see if that works ... if it does, I would report that as a bug to Trello Support via trello.com/contact If it doesn't, then does the same thing work with a…
  • @Matthew Cook you can only do that by creating a separate board. You can synch lists up using Unito for example, or you can create linked copies of cards using Butler or other API automations, but there's no setting for this to happen all within one board.
  • @Mariana Morales Trello has introduced a range of views recently for Business Class Workspaces that give you several options for keeping track of timeframes and workload for members: https://help.trello.com/category/1243-trello-views As far as keeping track of your own tasks, I personally use BenkoBoard which is a product…
  • @Veronica Ashdown maybe, I've never used the Card Repeater. I do see quite a few posts on here with people saying it's doing funny things, so if I were you and I wanted a whole board to reset, I'd just copy it from a template every week. Copying a board doesn't take very long and it means you won't have any weird…
  • @Arpi Jones there's no way to set due dates based on the "next previous" due date that has been set on a list using Butler, but this BenkoBot function would do it: https://trello.com/c/IE9LyUsA You can see some other BenkoBot examples on that board (and more to come!)
  • @Veronica Ashdown you could always just copy a template board every week and start fresh
  • @Fauzan Fieryandi best to go back to trello.com/contact and ask Trello support rather than asking the community
  • @James Peart try putting the board name in double quotes like this: board:"My Board Name"
  • I'd just copy the board and then leave the old one OR if you don't want it anymore, just leave the old one. The other guy can't login anymore either so no-one will be able to access them anyway.
  • @BAFI GALANE you can search archived cards, these may or may not be in archived lists, but then you can access all details of them without sending them back to the board. Just use the search in the top left instead of the archived card search in the board menu:…
  • @Alexandra Prieto I used to do this for DashCard with a couple of old Butler Bot rules, but the method I used which was to find cards in a list with a "Stick to Top" label doesn't appear to have made it into New Butler yet. It also uses a lot of command runs if your boards are active. This BenkoBot function would do it…
  • @Jenna Squires Aside from having commands in a library, there is no way currently to automatically enable Butler functionality on a "grouping" of boards (for example, one board per client, all client boards inherit the same functionality). Our BenkoBot platform, which is a JavaScript automation platform for Trello, has…
  • @Hamal Fiallo If there are one or two commands that take a lot of quota, you can always redeploy just those ones using BenkoBot which is a JavaScript automation platform for Trello that my colleagues and I created. You can see some example functions here (more to come) and we can help you create them too:…
  • @Recepción no there's nothing like "print multiple cards". You can print a board, so if you could get the cards you wanted into one list or show them with a filter that might approximate what you want. You could use use Butler to send yourself a report and print that out:…
  • @Hasanal Daniel Ismail bin Jamaludin there is no built in way to do this, but here is a BenkoBot function that will do it: https://trello.com/c/QJ48q3x2 You can see some other BenkoBot examples on that board (and more to come!)
  • @Marie Powell my favourite time tracking integration is TimeDoctor because it has a great mobile app. The other time tracking integrations run as powerups or chrome extensions so they only work on desktop browsers.
