API tokens are to be used with REST APIs
-
You could try the Confluence Premium version which has analytics feature inbuilt or try out apps from the Atlassian marketplace
-
Hi @parker_lachance Just try by replacing the ExpectedDuration with the field ID Use the Rest API to get the ID of the custom field - https://{your Domain}.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/field Example {{now.plusBusinessDays({{issue.customfield_10225.value}})}}

Same here .. this was going to be our first ever Summit. As @Poorvi Jhawar we too have worked hard on quite a few goals to be achieved during Summit. I seek solace in the Atlassian Community website until next Summit :)

Need more info to answer the question. * Are you using cloud or server deployment ? * Is the project a Jira Software or a Jira ServiceDesk project ? * Are we talking about Classic or Next Gen project ?

Kevin , So if I understand you correctly, you want to trigger a rule when the approval is completed? I assume that after the approval is complete, the issue is transitioned to a new status as per documentation You could use an issue transitioned trigger in Automation for Jira and create the Sub-Tasks. ( Check the Create…

@[deleted] , 1) Make sure you have your custom field made available in the field configuration of "Service Request" Issue Type as shown below 2) Make the field available under Issue View of the Request Type Now you should be able to see the field.
-
@sjobana Please refer to the Atlassian Service Desk documentation on how to customise servicedesk notifications

@Administrateur Hawaii Yup , there is a problem with the usability . You need to explicitly choose the color and apply for the banner color to get reflected. Hope it helps Refer the attached image

Jira ServiceDesk has the concept of Customer Organization to solve this use-case. You could do it manually or use Automation for Jira

Hi Loic , The Jira Sprint report itself is very powerful and provide you the burn-down ( issues which were completed on a given day , the story points completed and the issue ID for tracking ) Regards Ajay
-
Hi Nicob , How do you plan to do your reporting ? Manually pulling data from Jira or using some other tool ?
-
The Jira default service desk built in charts doesnt seem to support the use-case. You could use external Reporting Apps available in the Atlassian marketplace
-
:) The easiest way is to take a deep breath and make sure you are not in a hurry before you click the "Share with customer" BLUE button
-
Hi David , I am also facing the same issue with null pointer when accessing sprintManager via ComponentAccessor.getComponent. Is there a way to get it working ?
-
Payment now using Paypal supported :) Kudos to Atlassian team.
