Hi @Rapha I am not sure if Confluence Cloud supports custom notifications. The list of notifications available is documented here -https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-your-notifications/ Cheers Ajay

Hi @isabell.lee Welcome to the community! There should be no difference. Can you add a screenshot of the issue being faced. Perhaps there is some filter ( resolved issues ) etc which might be hiding the issues. Cheers Ajay
-
Hi @Michael Yu It should work as there is no difference in the authentication scheme. Have you looked the documentation below https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-servicedesk/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-servicedesk-get Cheers Ajay

How do you pair Designers & Engineers into a hackathon..? I mean ensuring a diverse team.. Usually its a bunch of Engineers participating in a hackathon..
-
Hi @Charles Curry Burn Down charts in Jira is associated with Sprint Reports. To get a burn down chart you need to start a Sprint in Jira Software project. For your use-case I suppose a simple chart which shows Created vs Resolved Bugs should be sufficient. Cheers Ajay

Hi @Fabio Bianco Can you confirm that in Jira Service Management Free Plan there is the possibility to manage unlimited customers ? - Yes, Customers can access the Customer portal and there is no limit on the number of customers who can sign up. When adding customers , is there also the possibility to set a default…

Hi @Nathan Hazout Sprint is board property. So you cannot share Sprint across multiple boards. Its better you name the Board as a Sprint Board in order to avoid confusion & duplicates Cheers Ajay

Hi @Maverick Embry I tried out setting the basic auth with ( user name as my email & password as the API token) and got a success in getting the attachment. Example below
-
Hi @Maverick Embry basic authentication has been replaced by "API token" to authenticate REST APIs You can follow the documentation link Your GET request would be similar to this - curl -D- \ -X GET \ -H "Authorization: Basic ZnJlZDpmcmVk" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \…
-
Hi @Timothy Fischer You can use the REST API with the below url parameters https://<baseurl>.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/issue/<Issue Key >?fields=parent Cheers Ajay
-
Hi @Sean Hannan For your usecase - "automation to create a new issue when an existing issue is transition" all you need to do is add a automation rule . There is no need to configure the web-hook as automation for Jira takes care of it internally. There is a playground available with all popular Rules. Have a look at this…
-
Hi @[deleted] You can use Automation for Jira to set the organization field for achieving your use-case Example rule :- When issue is created → update organization field based on reporter's email domain. Refer to the example rule here Cheers Ajay
-
HI @Santiago Pedrosa Pérez Welcome to the community! The JiraAPI is working as expected. The problem here is "https://urlservicenow/api/now/attachment/Idfichero/file" is not a public link. You would need to use the ServiceNow API to download the file in a temp folder and then use the Jira REST API Cheers Ajay
-
Hi @Mark Slade Welcome to the community! There are several ways to manage escalations ie using Automation rules, Work-flows etc You can find the best practices documented here. Please let me know your thoughts on the possible approaches. Cheers Ajay
-
Hi @Cass Emails are private and no one would be able to see your email address. However the Display Name would be visible though! Cheers Ajay
-
Hi @Evan Gilner I assume escalation projects (level 2) mentioned are non JSM projects. Since the customer always interacts with the JSM Agent via the level 1 Ticket, it would make sense to keep the CSAT Survey within the JSM project. What you could try out is creating a custom field in Level 2 Projects and copying the CSAT…

Hi @Jairaj K Did you have a look at the Automation Playground ? It has examples for most common use-cases and you can have a look at the Email sample rules to achieve your specific use-case no 1. However for achieving use-case no 2 & 3, its currently not possible to get the time in status using JQL out of the box. You will…

Hi @Sai Avinash Duddupudi You are looking into Jira Core APIs. For accessing Sprint specific information refer to the Jira Software REST API documentation Refer API documentation for - GET /rest/agile/1.0/sprint/{sprintId}/issue Cheers Ajay
-
Hi @murat tasova Can you have a look at the discussion here ? Seems like you would need to have 2FA enabled. Also https://atlassianps.org/ seems to be a great way to get started 😃 Cheers Ajay
-
Hi @Steven Kent Interesting observation! Status transitions are allowed on Boards ( both Kanban & Sprint) Whereas the Scrum project backlog view is a special VIEW, where the Scrum Master/Product Owner can plan and add issues from backlog to a new Sprint. Cheers Ajay
-
@Coppitters, Annabel Strange indeed! Does it happen even for resend invites ? I have tagged Atlassian Community Support Team for further help Cheers Ajay
-
Hi @raeyann.foster Welcome to the community. Well I am not very sure if you can create an exact replica of the leader-board , as I guess most of the APIs would not be publicly exposed 😊 However its possible to use the Community API to query basic information as mentioned in this article Cheers Ajay
-
Hi @Ben Weisman Did you have a look at the Automation Playground ? It has examples for most common use-cases and you can have a look at the Sync section to achieve your specific use-case. Cheers Ajay

Hi @Lisa Jones The default text color is not light lavender, which means you can customize the text. You need to have project admin permissions to customize the Portal page * https://<your site name >.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals?customize=true * Change the Banner link color
