Hi Craig, "Deactivating users removes the user's access from the team and the team's boards, but you're still able to see the cards to which the user belonged. This is helpful when trying to re-assign a member's work when one of your team's members leaves." It's best to re-assign the card and/or board before deactivating…

Ehh I'd say we could be related. What do you guys think?
-
Hi Joe, The reason you cannot see the 'issues' option is because you do not have the Jira Administrators global permission. Speak to your Jira administrator or System Administrator about granting you the permission or applying the issue security scheme.
-
Hi, @Monique vdB, Can I sign up for Dec 21?
-
Hi Joe, So in order to limit access, you'll have to configure the issue security scheme.
-
Are you referring to a Jira project? If so, you would edit the permissions scheme and issue security scheme.
-
You can copy and paste the template to the global template. Another option is using the Page Tree Creator confluence add-on to copy the page to another space.
-
You can make a JQL filter pulling issues from different projects to a board. Another option is using a gadget in your dashboard to monitor issues. More info here
-
Team Gantt lets you track time by estimating time used, actual time used and % completed.
-
There are other power-ups like Harvest and Time camp that help track time. The only issue is that the user manually has to input or start and end their time. If the organization is already logging time elsewhere, this may be repetitive.
-
Hi, You may want to take the old space templates and make them into a global template. More information here.
-
Have you tried re-ordering the pages through Space Tools? More information here.
-
Have you taken a look at the analytics and reporting power ups in Trello? Bigpicture, Team Gantt or Projects by Placker maybe a good option.
-
Hi @Richard Sargent, Start or stop watching from within notifications You can also start or stop watching cards, lists or boards directly from within the notifications panel. Just click on the "..." icon beneath the read/unread dot on the left. There, set or remove the checkmark to watch a specific board, list or card.…

I'd double check your screen and field configurations. Someone may have accidentally deleted the field 'issue type' from the screen.
-
Hi @Olivia Small, Are your agents clicking the create button on the top bar? Or clicking 'raise a request'?
-
Projects by Placker power-up may be helpful, you can create dependencies between cards and boards.
-
Happy you saw it! :)

To create an issue in the editor: * In the editor choose Insert > Jira Issue > Create new issue. * Enter your server (if you have multiple Jira sites connected to Confluence), project, issue type, summary, and description. * Choose Insert. The issue will be created in Jira and added to your page. Information retrieved…

Hi @coccoinomane, Check out this Card Sync power up. It states "Create groups of 2 or more cards that will have their name, due dates, comments, descriptions, attachments and checklists synced between them in real time. Syncs may happen between boards and the card groups can be modified at any time right from the card…
-
To reopen the menu, click the "Show Menu" link that is in the top right corner of your board under your name.
-
I do not believe the checklist will automatically sync. It may be best to mirror the cards. Board Sync by Unito and Placker power-ups allow you to sync two ways. If this checklist is being used for more than one card/board, Zapier power-up may be a better suit.
-
I don't think you will be able to edit the salesforce power up but there is an option to create your own power up. More info here.
-
Have you tried using the custom fields power up? One option is to create a template with the custom field and when you create a new card use it. Another option is to use the Butler power up and create a trigger/rule.
-
I'd suggest changing the frequency of email notifications, unsubscribing to boards, and only subscribing to cards as needed. This is in your account settings. Whenever someone uses @yourusername, you will receive a one-time notification. For more information, visit this link.

Here are a few suggestions: 1. In the backlog board, try using a JQL search to find the existing issue and drag it to the sprint. 2. On the issue, add the sprint ID to the field. 3. In the backlog board, create the issue and drag it into a sprint. 4. Check if the issue is in a status that is under 'backlog' in the board…

@Max Deinko, I'm seeing the same issue. Maybe a glitch.

Hi @Cornelius Dufft, I previously worked in a school district that used Trello. Trello was the easiest option because of its simplicity and ability to sync with Google Drive. I'd recommend Trello for your goal because teaching parents, teachers and administration Jira may be too time-consuming. Trello is very practical for…
