There's alot to unpack here! * I recommend auditing your current instance and measuring it against Atlassian's recommendations https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/jira-data-center-size-profiles-955171062.html * With naming conventions, I recommend creating custom fields that can be easily used by multiple teams and…

Hey there, different use cases come with different class sizes. For example, training at Atlassian summit a few years back had multiple rooms filled with 30+ people. I wouldn't discourage folks from applying. Part of interviewing is asking these types of questions and getting a response from the company. You can then make…

* Are internal users able to see the knowledge base articles populate? * Have you tried adding labels to the knowledge base article and on the request type in the JSD project?

Hi @Justine In my experience with large enterprise organizations, we do add on updates quarterly. This includes testing in Dev and Prod. We have a wiki dedicated to each add one showing the testing steps we took to ensure it works as expected before installing it in Prod. The entire process (research, install, testing) in…

Hi @RamR and @Mike Bowen , I recommend adding assignee in (currentUser()) in the filter. This will help you from having to make a custom filter for each user or having each user set up their own filter. Hope this helps!

I have a special place in my heart for the Denver ACE. The ACE leaders are so upbeat and have an infectious energy. I also had the opportunity to recruit an attendee who is now a co-worker. It's such a great place to network and learn.

Hi @Christian Arts, If you're using Jira software, you can accomplish this by using Components.

Eekkk. Eating out and Target runs. I try to stay away from Target because I go in for one thing and come out with unnecessary purchases I somehow justified at the cash register. It's mostly stationary. I love planners, papers and pens. I can't stop myself.

So I have the pleasure of working for Isos Technology, an Atlassian Premier Partner. We all go through a sales course and it's pretty lengthy and has quizzes. But there are a few parts where there aren't any quizzes. And so the shirt represents the screens that do not have quizzes a.k.a. happiness.
