Hi @Matthew Steen, Adding multiple team members to a board isn’t an option in Trello at the moment. You can either duplicate the board and add other teams. Grant individual access. Or make the board public but this will be visible to anyone on the web.
-
Hi @I GR- I'm afraid Trello doesn't have this permission capability yet. I'd suggest making another board with those cards for now.
-
Hi @James Marin, Go to the Backlog view to see a list of all the open Sprints and the issues in the Sprints.

Hi @Leo Lam, If you feel like I answered your question, kindly mark my answer as accepted.

Hi @Pullarao Nalluri, You can create an issue collector in a confluence page. Creating a custom form would allow you to specify your own wording or details per the SOP.
-
Hi @Renee McKechnie, I'd recommend reaching out to Isos Technology. They'll be able to provide you with a demo and more information.
-
Hi @Christian, Try using the custom fields power up to create multiple due dates in a trello card.

I'm excited about the upcoming improvements to the Trello mobile app. Enterprise permissions will also be a game changer.

Hi @Julie Young, Based on the information you've provided, I'd recommend taking a look at your permission scheme. By default, it's applied to all projects. If this client is part of a group that is under the 'Browse Projects' permission in your default scheme, then you should consider removing them and creating a group or…

Hi @Jim Toth, Try using the Zapier power up to automate the creation and addition of a checklist.
-
Hi @Leo Lam, You can try setting up a rule in the Butler power up. The other option would be to make people watchers on a card and once an edit is made, they will receive a notification.
-
Hi @Антон Мордашов, Take a look at this documentation about making a person an observer who can't move or edit a card.
-
Hi @Simone Jordan, You can try a free demo or request a demo from a premier partner.
-
The PDF View Plugin for Jira allows you to export it.
-
Hi @Pavan, Have you tried the Time Since report or gadget? The Time Since report allows you to set " a date field and project/filter, maps the issues against the date that the field was set. This can help you track how many issues were created, updated, etc, over a period of time."
-
Hi @Joe- In your projects screen scheme, you can edit this screen, which would be your 'view screen'. Note you must have Jira Admin permissions to do so. Once the screen is edited, you can choose the fields that appear.

You welcome @Daniel Imbeau if you feel like I answered your question, kindly mark our answers as accepted.

Hi @Daniel Imbeau, Yes, you can, take a look at the steps here.
-
Hi @Trading, You may have to take a step back and analyze what constitutes a creation of a card. Initially, when Trello started, the maximum amount of cards created were set to 5. Consider condensing the cards or migrating them to a new board. Like you said, scrolling through 15 cards isn't very effective. I'd suggest…

Hi @Oliver Caceres Gomez, Have you considered an issue collector?
-
Hi @Blane Brady, Consider setting up a kanban board that has swimlanes for each assignee. Prior to creating the board, create and save a filter that is pulling issues from the projects. Then use the saved filter when you create the kanban board. Hope this helps!
-
Hi @Paul Toner, I think what you're looking for here is to create swimlanes based on assignee. You can do this through board>board configure>swimlanes. Another option is to create quick filters for your assignees and base the swimlanes off of queries like internal projects or customer support. I'm not sure what you mean by…
-
Hi @Guillermo Rosas, You can try to create an automation rule or configure the email notifications.
-
Hi @Ian Terry, You can try to automate the issues to go from one level to another. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest making queues for your teams and adding components. If someone creates an issue with a component, then Jira assigns the issue to the assignee. If you have a large team, I'd recommend using roles rather than…
-
Hi @Monique Felder, You would have to make a JQL filter, save it, create a Scrum board based off of the filter saved and start the sprint.

Hi @Dana K Cassell, All of your personal boards are not visible to other users unless you give them permission. Here's a link on the different permissions a user can have. If you would like this person to see all of your boards, you would have to add them to all of them. I'd suggest setting up a team board.
