Not possible. Start fresh; a new cloud site would do it. That said, what are you trying to achieve by resetting it?
-
@Kevin Johnson, you can't directly get the IDs. You can get all issue types or issue type schemes, and the response returns a list of IDs. What are you trying to achieve? I assume that getting the IDs straight from the UI is not an option for your use case. Depending on how you're putting this script together, we may be…

You see the sprint start and end date, which neither filters the issues on the backlog view nor in the active sprint view. They are primarily used in reports that rely on the start/end date to calculate scope, velocity and burndown. Have you checked the issue history to understand when the issue was assigned to the sprint?
-
By design, you can only have an issue in one active sprint. The field will carry the history of all closed sprints the issue had been filled in. So you will always see one active sprint but multiple closed ones. Sprint report will help you understand that, and so does the issue history.

Yes. You can look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-identify-the-source-of-confluence-groups-when-using-multiple-directories-1026536158.html
-
Yes. If the out-of-the-box ones don't meet your needs, you can use marketplace apps. Have a look at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=jira&query=reports to explore some of those. Also, it would be great if you could provide more details about what you're trying to achieve.
-
@Brandon Cole, to confirm, are you running Jira Server? If so, you can no longer upgrade or downgrade tiers; it will only be available by moving to either Cloud or Data Center. Please, for more details, see https://www.atlassian.com/migration/assess/journey-to-cloud.
-
Yes. Please look at https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/specify-ip-addresses-for-product-access/. Note that it is available for premium plans only.

I believe you can script some of the steps, but I'm not aware of how you could simplify it further since Jira cloud doesn't yet offer all interfaces to allow you to clone the agile boards fully. I'm now interested in knowing what others have experienced with similar use cases. I'll get back to this thread if I spot…

Share. If they use the same settings but you need to make them unique, create a copy or use an app/APIs to help you accomplish that. I'd try an app since there are 30+. For agile boards, the workaround I recommend is the “copy board” function.
-
Hey @jbelin, sharing settings with an existing project doesn't encompass boards, as they are based on the underlying filter. You can copy boards and update their filters. There is a feature request that you can vote on and add yourself as a watcher to receive notifications from now on. *…

Not normal. I've seen similar behaviour when using a buggy script, but the entire field was hidden, including its label. Have you checked it in different browsers? Logs? It will help us if you share a screenshot.
-
Also, for reference, this article can help you too. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management-articles/Pre-populate-Fields-from-URL/ba-p/1997476

For reference:
-
I missed that, but you actually can. Select your category, and hover your mouse over it > edit the description.
-
It doesn't seem there is an option to edit it. I was looking at this myself but couldn't find that either. I'll do some digging and post an update here.
-
You can add a description to your field, but it will affect all projects sharing the same field configuration, so you would need to make it unique to your project. It will display on the create issue screen, but the "new issue view" shows in the informational icon—not easily findable, in my opinion. Are those three options…
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community. You cannot yet pre-populate values before the issue is created. Untested, but you can tweak it by sending the parameters via the URL—not great, though. Have you explored options to set the value after creating the issue?
-
The closest you could get to a non-script solution would be Automation for Jira. You can play with the web request action and REST endpoints for groups.
-
As you described, for cloud, anonymous access will expose your content to the internet; yes, IP allowlisting rules can restrict it further, but it applies to all users, including customers. To my knowledge, read-only access to unlicensed users it's either opened to the internet or restricted by using IP allowlisting.
-
My two cents: I'm not familiar with google script, but the only bit I can spot that could fix it is the URL you're using ".net", which should be ".com". And you should use Bearer + API token, as you mentioned. However, if you're getting 403 forbidden as a response, it's correct; you need to verify your domain to manage an…

You would need to create a script. How are you calculating it?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. If you are trying to upload an app as you do in Server/DC deployments, you can't. The way apps work in cloud is different, and so does the app development. For information about developing your own apps for Jira Cloud, see the Jira Developer documentation. If you're trying to install an…

Hi @jthakur, you can find Atlassian Partners at https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/. Cheers, IL.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. It looks like you're hitting a bug described in the link below. * The status property key jira.permission.assignable.group is ignored
-
That's great, @Becky Mueller. Thanks for sharing it.
-
There are a few ways you can do this. One option, for example, you can create a custom event, add your custom field group to the notification scheme/custom event, and fire it as a post-function (issue created) for your subtask workflow.
-
One of my colleagues here in the community, @Jack Brickey, shared that. It's a bug raised in the Atlassian public issue tracker. You can add yourself as a watcher to receive notifications from now on. * https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-78789
-
Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I'm also experiencing the same. I'll do some digging and get back to you here. Not ideal, but as a workaround, copy and paste works.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. What does your field mapping look like? You need to use the External System Import wizard. Go to Global settings > System > JIRA import wizard.
