Hi @Lars Böhnke, If you refer to creating links automatically in a Jira issue based on hard-coded Confluence links placed in a Jira description or comment fields, you can't have that out of the box. Unless you've got no other option whatsoever, I wouldn't recommend spending time finding a way to make it happened, which you…

Hey @jberkson, there are many places you can start looking at that. I'll leave a few useful links you can get started, but I'm sure you'll find much more. * Best practices for Jira users and roles * How to keep my organization secure? * Security at Atlassian * Security in Jira Software * Security in Jira Service Management…

Hey @Peter Beck, you may have the ability to administer the project, but it doesn't mean you can delete issues. You need the Delete issue permission in the project. Have you checked the permission helper?
-
Hi @Candy Tricia Khohliwe, are you working on a team-managed or company-managed project? The first step would be to determine why you cannot edit the field. For example, did you check if your field has been added to the edit issue screen? What about permissions? What checks have you done so far, and what were your…

Hi @Prabhu Prabhakar, you can get the last login information through the UI, and you'll find apps that help you with that, such as User Management for Jira. You can also explore to get the last login through the database, which I try to avoid as much as possible. You can find similar apps and queries for Confluence. Other…

Hi @Emanuel Jianu, there are a few options you can achieve this, including apps. In the past, I have managed to add macros in bulk using Confluence API by updating the body.storage and manipulating the page storage format. Have a look at the APIs. For apps, I had used ScriptRunner, Confluence CLI and Power Scripts, among…

@Mk j, for now, Advanced Roadmaps works with Jira Software company-managed projects only. You can find more details at Roadmaps in Jira Software.
-
Hey @Ravi Mulam, you should enable it by following the steps described at Enable two-step verification. Have a look.

Absolutely. Issue-level security controls the visibility of individual issues within a project, so only some project users can see some of the issues, including the use case you are looking for. I recommend taking a look at Configure issue security schemes. If you are on team-managed projects, you can explore how you can…

Açaí is my favourite. I like it 100% pure, and yes, it's a bit bitter and tart when pure. It's just like black coffee, all dark, without sugar. You turn up the nose in the beginning, but once you get used to it, there's no going back. Well, you can make it very fancy indeed. You will find delicious recipes with açaí that…

Absolutely. You have a couple of options, such as using boards, if your Jira Service Management instance is on the same Cloud site as a Jira Software instance, or dashboards. Apologies if you know that already, but at a glance, Jira boards are the primary way teams interact with Jira, highly configurable and offer many…

Not that I'm aware. I came across a similar question here where you can find additional insights on that. An open suggestion is linked to the question (JRACLOUD-71674) that you can vote on and add yourself as a watcher to receive notification from now on.

You can't really have a baseline of issues data in Jira. You can explore the issue history if you're looking for something specific or use the advanced search by querying with WAS operator. Have a look at the advance search reference page - JQL operators.
-
Nice, you got it working! Great!
-
If there is only one field configuration, and the field isn't hidden, you should be good on this item. The article doesn't mention that you can only select a Security Level in which you yourself are listed; if that is the case, you won't be able to see security levels other than none or the ones you're listed in.
-
For the bulk edit piece, in case it's not clear how you can achieve that, you can take a look at Editing multiple issues at the same time.
-
@Herrick G., you should be able to bulk edit security level. If you are unable, have a look at this kb: Unable to Bulk Edit Security Level.

Okay, you're on Server/DC. The logic that Jack and I mentioned above still applies. However, in this case, you can update the Autowatch field under Preferences. Here is the link for Server/DC installations: Managing your user profile.

Disabling the option Watch your issues on your Jira personal settings. With this enabled, you become a watcher of any issue that you create or comment on. Have a look at Manage your Jira personal settings.

It doesn’t have the quick filters as in company-managed projects. The link I shared you can explore what you can achieve with team-managed projects instead.
-
Hi @avista-woody, you're likely using a team-managed project. Have a look at the lower-left of your project sidebar to confirm if that is the case. If so, I recommend checking out the Get started with team-managed projects to learn more about how you can configure your boards.
-
Hi @Seetha V, doesn't the Select List (cascading) custom field type work for your use case?
-
Hey @Mario Manfre, this is not currently possible. There is, however, a suggestion JRACLOUD-61118 in the Atlassian public issue tracker that you can vote on and add yourself as a watcher to receive notifications moving forward.
-
Yes, as John mentioned; in other words, configuring a company-managed project. As you might know by now, there's more involved in this process than setting up screen schemes, issue type screen schemes, field configurations, etc. Most importantly, you're in the right direction. Also, as a quick tip, you can always hit the…

Wow, that's huge! Congrats, @Jimmy Seddon!

Amazing! Just kicking off my weekend on the right foot! Loved! Thanks 😊

Company-managed projects. In short, the settings of a team-managed project are limited to a single project and do not impact other projects. There are no shared configurations like with company-managed projects.
-
Hi @RajM, it's not possible. Issue-level security controls the visibility of individual issues within a project, so only some users can see some issues. Please note that Issue-level security is enabled differently in company-managed projects versus team-managed projects. There is, however, a suggestion (JRACLOUD-69849 ) in…

Obviously, the luckdragon Falkor, from The Neverending Story. Could I have a better combination of a dragon that kind of looks like a dog? Or I should say a dog that looks like a dragon... 🤔
