Rule #1 (example) For the first rule, you can have your "If block" with all conditions you need. You can add conditions to your existing block. It should make it cleaner—also, fewer steps to execute, making it easier to troubleshoot by checking the automation rule audit log. Rule #2(example) For the "When" trigger, you…

In this case, I believe it's better to break it into two rules; otherwise, it can get complicated to troubleshoot and maintain. I'm sure you can do what you want using something like: Rule #1 * When: Issue created * if block: all-match * Request type equals <Your Request Type> * Summary contains <Your string> * Sub-tasks…

Hi @Amroz. Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I'm pretty sure it's possible to create something like you described. However, could you please clarify your use case so we can better assist you? 1. Create a trigger to create an issue when a user types certain key words in the subject of the email email summary I suppose you…

Hi @Romy Meyers. Besides what Fabian mentioned, you can also check if series are configured for your reports. Although it's one of the default reports depending on the template, someone might have removed the series from the reports. In the report, go to the top right > Edit report > Add series. For more details on how to…

Hi @Tyler Stephens. Yes, there is a way. Assuming you're familiar with Automation for Jira In Jira Service Management cloud, you can look at Advanced compare conditions. You can also use regular expressions if you need a more complex comparison. There are other ways of achieving something similar using Automation for Jira,…

Hi @jeffrey.wee, these features are not yet available out of the box in Jira Service Management. You will need an app such as Extension for Jira Service Management or Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management to achieve what you're looking for. Cheers.
-
Hey @martin, if you confirmed that your issues are being updated differently from what I described, it might be a bug. You can raise a support request with Atlassian to check your site.
-
Hi @Michael Woong. As an organization admin or site admin, you should be able to remove a user. Have a look at Remove or suspend a user. However, only organization admins can deactivate or delete a user from organizations and across sites. For more information, see Deactivate a managed account and Delete a managed account.

I understand you want to extract only bugs linked to issues. Unfortunately, Jira hasn't yet a feature that allows you to iterate over the results to pull only linked issues of a particular issue type. In this case, you would need a 3rd party app such as Xporter - Export issues from Jira. Please, look at their…
-
Hi @Binesh John. To my knowledge, you cannot achieve that out of the box. You can find issues linked to others by a particular link type—for example, issue in linkedIssues(ABC-123, "is duplicated by"). However, you will get all linked issues (Outward issue link) when you export them. For example, if you're exporting to a…
-
Hey @martin, this is odd. I know that issues are updated when you first add a Jira issue to a Confluence page, but not every time you save the page. For example, if the same Jira issue is added to 10 different pages, you will see 10 entries of the "user has updated theRemoteIssueLink" in the issue history. You can further…

Hey @vincent hary, I just got the same question answered here. Have a look. * https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Grant-Service-Desk-Customers-SSO-Access-to-KB-Articles/qaq-p/1843349
-
Hi @Cezary Mroczkowski. It's not yet possible to configure SSO for the customer portal. You can find a feature request on the Atlassian public issue tracker where you can vote on and add yourself as a watcher to receive notifications and updates from now on. * https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-630 There is a…

Hi @Charlene.Altan. Welcome to the Atlassian Community! To my knowledge, this is not possible on the cloud. For example, there isn't yet a feature that allows you to delete or hide it through permissions. You can tweak the UI in DC versions with scripts, but you would be removing a valuable feature from my perspective.
-
Hi @w.sieverink. Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You can achieve that, and I'd recommend reading through the Receive requests from an email address documentation, where you should find all the necessary steps to get that configured. In Jira Service Management, customers can add request participants by including the…
-
It's clear. Thanks for clarifying it, @Volodymyr. I'm sure we can create a script to achieve that. We write tons of those scripts for our customers very often. However, I think it's worth exploring more straightforward solutions, when there is one, before jumping to the more complicated ones. You can easily create a filter…

I found a similar question where an Atlassian team member provides some additional insights into that. Have a look. * https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Disable-email-requests-but-keep-email-comments/qaq-p/1727740
-
Hi @Sami Oriola. Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You can either disable all email requests or disable specific customer notifications. Have a look at Disable all email requests to the email channel and Manage service projects notifications to disable the customer scheme for customer notifications. I don't think you can…
-
Hi @Volodymyr, What do you refer to by "Reporter, Assignee or Watcher at the same time"? For example, don't you want to send notifications beyond your notification schemes' settings if the user is the assignee only? Also, when you mention "Condition and Configuration", do you also want to capture events beyond issue…
-
Hi @Erin Sorci, it's not possible to achieve it using Automation for Jira. Have a look at Move an issue with automation. I know you can programmatically do that using ScriptRunner on Server/DC installations, but still, you have to put a lot of thought into that to go about all the permissions between source and target. I…
-
Hey @Mark Ward, as there isn't a reset button, the easiest way is to restore a clean XML backup if you have one. I found an old question about the same topic; depending on your installation, you get some insights into that here. You can also look at Reconfigure Jira server with the Setup Wizard. However, since you're in…

Hi @John Whitmarsh. Yes, there is. You won't find a specific feature, but you can achieve what you want using different strategies. Assuming this is a temporary measure and you want to prevent customers from raising new requests in the customer portal, the easiest and quickest way is to hide the request types by removing…
-
Hi @Phillip Traynor, I don't know whether or not there is a limit for this field; maybe others can shed some light on that. However, every time I come across similar scenarios, I give a step back to rethink the solution and the overall approach. I don't have visibility of your use case, but maybe you can share a bit more…

Hi @Fionnuala Callan, this is not yet possible. There is a feature request in the Atlassian public issue tracker that you can vote on and add yourself as a watcher to receive notifications and updates from now on. * https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-71683

Hi @Oscar Ortiz, this is not available as yet. You can find a feature request at the Atlassian public issue tracker, where you can vote on and add yourself as a watcher to receive notifications and updates from now on. * https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4850 * https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4131

Hi @Karen_Mustain. Yes, they are. Analytics will count the views from anonymous users. If you have multiple anonymous users accessing a page, it will show as Anonymous. As you might know, anonymous users can't view the analytics page/data.

No problem. If this answer helped you, it would be great to mark it accepted to help other users find it ;)

Not really; you can use a filter subscription to send an email notification, for example. Have a look at Subscribing to your search results.

I'm glad it worked. If this answer helped you, it would be great to mark it accepted to help other users find it ;)
