Hi @Larin Dodgen! Try to perform a file upload/replacement as recommended here: Updating the Universal Plugin Manager

Yes, that's the one! It's recommended to perform a manual update: Updating the Universal Plugin Manager Try first "Update UPM by file upload" It may work out.

Hi @Markos Stefanou! Have you managed to resolve the issue?

It's ok. Access_log-... seems to be web server logs indeed. We need to find Atlassian ones. Try to locate Jira-home directory. Check this location: C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA

Just the right words. Can't agree more.

Hi @Swati Chandel! Have you found any better solution?
-
Are you sure this is not the web-server logs? It looks just like it. What's the name of the file we're looking at? I'd do it this way: 1) Open the log file (on Linux system) tail -f atlassian-jira.log 2) Reproduce the issue (try to update UPM) 3) See what new messages emerge 4) Post them here

Hi @Neeta Dubey! Try to give a full path name including the file extension. If it doesn't work, try to move the file up to the /import directory and try to restore using only the filename. General information on restoring: Restoring data Hope it helps.

Hi @Hisamitsu Koga! I'd try to reduce password expiration period to a couple of days and see what happens. Have you managed to find the answer, btw?
-
You'll need to find the atlassian-jira.log file. Usually, it's located under <jira-home>/log directory.

Actually, I hoped to narrow down our options, didn't work out, apparently :) Ok. If I were to handle this kind of request, I'd do it the following way: (Let's say a user from group Y needs access to the page from space X) * Give the user permissions to use space X (edit or view would depend on our goal) * Reorder the…

Hi @Hugo Your question raises several others to clarify the situation: * How long would the user from group Y use the page from space X? Just for a short period of time, permanently? * What his permissions would be? Read, edit, delete? * Do other users from group X need to read/edit this page at the time? There're a couple…
