Wow, thank you. That makes perfect sense. Though the expression is a bit vague. One may think that other products cannot be integrated with Confluence. I'd rephrase it somehow..

Ok, let's do what is recommended here: Configuring issue-level security If the Security Level field is not displayed on the issue's screen after configuring the Issue-Level Security, use the Where is My Field? tool to see why it is not being displayed. I think it may help us to find the reason the field is missing.

Hi @Tiffany Teichrow and welcome to our Community! I doubt we could accomplish it with Jira. But, there a way to provide the required functionality in Confluence, should you have one.
-
Hi @Mike Savard and welcome to our Community! Boards are just like filters. You should rather create a new board to fulfil your requirement to include all the necessary issues from both boards and group them the way you like. Check these articles, please: Configuring a board Configuring columns Hope it helps.

Ok, you should try then to * create the transition from the status closed back to itself * create a screen with the assignee field * bind the screen to the transition * allow only the chosen people to execute the transition (if you want to) This should definitely work.

One moment, please. Why, according to the info, can't Jira Software integrate with Confluence, once again?
-
Hi @Linda Fiato and welcome to our Community! Isn't there an option to change your password?
-
Hi @Christopher Rios! To tell you the truth, I'm not so familiar with JSD. But if it works similarly as in JS I'd recommend the following: * Check that your user is granted issue security level in question (individually, as a member of the group, or by her role) * Make sure that the issue security scheme is connected with…

Hi, @chunnumunnu1000! Please, take a look at a similar question: Jira: How to change assignee after an issue is closed The solution below will help.
-
Hi @Mohamed Jazeem and welcome to our Community! We can check it here: R4J - Requirements Management for Jira If you something like this: it usually means that you have to buy it eventually. You see, Atlassian products and Marketplace ones are licensed separately.
-
Hi @Marcela Junyent! Are you using Jira Software or Service Desk?
-
Hi @sri and welcome to our Community! Is there any more text regarding the specific error? If not, we would like to see the log. It's usually located here: <jira home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log Get back to us with the results.

Hi @serc To write user macros you'll need access to Confluence Administration Console.
-
You're welcome tone.nunes@communitybrands.com!
-
Hi @[deleted] Of course, it's not your question, my bad. I think I just need more sleep...
-
Wow, a good one :)
-
@[deleted] By the way, you may want to mark @Jack Brickey's answer as "Accepted" so that other people with the same or a similar question would find it easily. Have a nice day!
-
It's not a simple task, I'd agree. Though a not impossible one, I should say. If you're interested I recommend to start here: Writing User Macros
-
Hi @serc! I'd say almost everything is possible with custom macros. The question is - "Has someone implemented it already or not yet?" You can always be the first one ;)
-
Hi @Arielle Slone and welcome to our Community! May it be that you mean "to move an issue" instead of "to move a project"? Because you see, I can't imagine how you would move a project. Ok, if you can't move your issue somewhere, this usually means that there's a transition missing. Check your workflow and refer to this…

Hello! Usually, you can it's not so difficult Changing Custom Field Types in JIRA, but I doubt there's such a type as "Custom Multi Line Code".
-
You're welcome! Have a nice day :)
-
Oh, I see. I doubt we can find anything better. Let's see whether others have any solutions. Have a nice day!

Hi @Norah Almutairi I think you'll need something like that: Dynamic Forms for Jira
-
Hi, @Courage Osaro and welcome to our Community! Could you please provide more details? It's hard to tell what's really happening based on your description. Try to be more specific. Thanks in advance.
-
Hi @Jack Brickey Sure, we can do it this way. Thank you for pointing this out. I just thought that the phrase "submit a bug with an email account" means the possibility to create an issue the way a registered user would do it and to receive the information about what happens with the issue afterward. Without it, all the…
-
Yes, tone.nunes@communitybrands.com as @[deleted] has already said, Jira Software seems not to have this option. In this article: Creating issues and comments from email the second sentence goes like this: JIRA can receive emails from licensed users to create issues or add comments and attachments to existing issues…

Hi @hanen jouaied I'm sorry for an untimely answer, but nonetheless, here's some info for you. It seems that we can't do it with basic options: Setting Jira Projects Type, Workflow and Screens Scheme Via API But we can use some add-ons like this one: Jira Command Line Interface (CLI) Hope this is of any use for you now :)
-
Hi @Rob Horan! I'm sorry no one has answered to you for so long. I'm not even sure it's still relevant. I may have found kind of a solution: Status A to Status B time report
-
Hi, @Tom Gross! I'm sorry no one answered to you. Have you managed to resolve the issue on your own?
