Hello @Tiago Miguel Sousa Santos I believe you figured it out. Yes, the request needs authentication. You can generate your API token from https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens

Hello @Jeffrey Murray You can try to change your account preferences. This will retain your language preference for Atlassian products, but I am not 100% sure if it will work for community. Worth a try though https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences Best, Vinu

Hello @emardev Welcome to the community. Please check the organization in the email. It might be coz of inactivity or failure to make the payment. An organisation can have multiple sites so I would suggest you to check the org in email and verify. Best, Vinu

Hello @Marios Theodoulou I presume you are looking to export the time logged on a ticket. If so, you can use the "Time spent" column in the filter results and export it. Run a JQL to search for the work items that you want to export. In the column view add the "Time Spent" column. You can export this as a csv or use the…

Hello @Reddy, Sannala Sumanth Welcome to the community. You need to change the setting to fixed column width and the horizontal scroll bar will appear automatically if the table width is greater than the page width. Best, Vinu

Hello @Vasile Boianjiu You can restore the organization within 15 days of its deletion, but will have to reach out to Atlassian support. If it is more than 15 days, the chances are bleak but give Atlassian support a try. https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/can-i-restore-an-organization/ Best, Vinu

Hello @Danny Kramer Welcome to the community. This feature is not currently supported. I did some digging and found out a feature request open for this requirement. Hope it helps. Best, Vinu

Hello @Jamiu Adeleke read:jira-work should allow you to access jira issues that you have permissions to. If you are having trouble with this, but able to access the issue with token without scope, please reach out to Atlassian support. It might be a problem with how the scope currently is set. Hope this helps.Best, Vinu

Hello @Nova Please have your Trello admin check the status of his profile in Trello. If the login is through SSO, then you will have to contact your IDP admin. Hope this helps! Vinu

Hello @Ducky Muted Welcome to the community. A Trello product admin will be able to view all the boards in your product and can give access to you. Is it possible to approach your Trello admin? Best, Vinu

Hey @cailin Atlassian is pretty flexible with respect to licensing for migrations. Atlassian provides dual licensing which means if you have a valid cloud subscription your DC license will be waived off for a year (conditions applied). Once you are onboarded you can request your DC license from Atlassian. For more…

Works fine for me @Zarish Azhar Can you recheck? If you still have this problem, try to provide some more information on this.

Hello @Anna Khachatryan This is an interesting requirement. I have not done/tested this but have your tried using an Rovo agent for this. I am using this already to group together requests in JSM and should also work in JPD. If not spinning up a Rovo agent should be simple as well. Let me know how that goes.
-
I have pushed this to Atlassian's notice as well. Typical response time is 2 business days though.

Hello @Danyal Tayyab Welcome to the community. It if is working via VPN, I would suspect it is getting blocked either from your service provider/ firewall/ local network. I browsed through the community and it appears there are several other users from Pakistan complaining about this as well. Please file a ticket with…

Olá @Fabricio Nascimento , estou a usar o Google Translate aqui.

Hello @Cherylwyn Stephenson If done correctly Tests cover the story and do not exist as a parent <> child relation. Any test that do not cover a story will be your standalone tests which you can retrieve from your Xray reports. https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/Quick+Guide+for+Testers…

I am online this time as well. Cant wait to hear more about AI, focus and Rovo. Looking forward to it

Hello @Simarpreet Singh For you question on Github <> Rovo integration, we have couple of options. 1) To connect github with Rovo, you can refer to connect github to Rovo . Currently it is only available in Rovo chat to search for content. Atlassian is working to bring this feature to agents, from where you will be able to…

Hello @Fatima AALLA You can review asset documentation from here. Now, all your org related information will be stored in assets and you can fetch this to your issues in project through automations. So based on the organisation the reported issue is, automation will fetch associated details of this org from assets and feed…
-
Hello @JOY BHOWMIK I couldnt find it either. You can approach Zephyr squad directly by raising a support request from here.
-
That is correct @Shelley Hughes
-
Hey @Fati There is no option available directly from JSM org -> project fields. You may have to leverage Assets to store relevant information for each organisation and then use automations to feed that information to the Jira fields.
-
Hello @Ewelina Banaszak Oliveira Can you explain what you mean by projects being created from your profile? Are you being marked as the project Lead in the newly created projects? Also without information on which projects these are, we cannot guide you properly. If you are not a Jira admin, I would recommend you to…
-
Hello @Štefan Doležal We do not have a direct solution yet. You can use some third party plugins to set up the integration, but we do not have a solution natively Jira does have a solution to connect jira cloud and on-prem but you can only connect Jira confluence, JSM and Confluence for now. Other way is to write up some…

Hello @Shelley Hughes Welcome to the community. Can you check your user access settings? This can be accessed from admin.atlassian.com -> Products -> User Access settings. If your company domain is added under Approved domain with product access, people with your company email address, once they hit the product url, will…

Hello Federico As @Amanda Barber highlighted, if your board contains multiple projects and you miss manage spint permission in one of them, you will not be able to start the sprint. There are couple of ways to identify this. 1) Check the board filter. If it has something similar to Project in (ABC, DEF) or, other formats,…

You need to sign up to the portal, but still the link is not active. So please try from the atlassian support portal - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hello @Satish Kumar Welcome to the community. - To begin with, you are in the right approach. Genrally, JSM agents triage the requests and if a bug/incident qualifies for code fix, it is then routed to the Jira software board. - Instead of duplicated your JSM incident to a Jira bug, you can focus your automation to create…
