You can't create a Jira issue type from a mind map yet. I like where your head is at though, would you mind explaining what you are thinking in more detail? i.e. would you want to be able upon creating a Mind Map Node to select what Jira issue type that node represents?

@devinsanders to my understanding, Draw.io has a one-click Gliffy mass importer but not one for LucidChart OnPrem. EDIT: I've been corrected! David shared a screenshot showing that they have that functionality tucked in there somewhere.

Hi, it appears that you no longer have Gliffy installed onto your instance. Can you please check to make sure that the Gliffy app is properly installed into your Confluence instance? If it is, I would recommend doing a quick re-install to make sure that it is installed properly. If you continue to run into issues, please…

Hi Geert, Apologies if I am misinterpreting your question, but you can link to pages within current and other spaces within your Gliffy diagram. You can also, link to specific page content within your Confluence page (i.e. a header or attachment). To do so, simply select the shape in your diagram that you would like to…

Hi Karan, Thanks for posting. Can you please reach out to our support team here? If you can provide your hosting as well as the exact steps you took to run into this problem, we can help troubleshoot. Many times this comes down to permissioning and page settings, but I don't want to rule anything out.

Great article @Teodora V _Warsaw Dynamics_ The Gliffy team feels the same way ❤️

Hi Roman, We hear you loud and clear. Stay tuned, this is a feature that will be released in the near future. You will soon have the ability to hide and view layers through the viewer as well as some other additional interactivity!
-
Hi Fatima, It is! Through the linking function, you can link any URL including Jira tickets. Take a look at my example of linking a Jira ticket here (if you get a sign up prompt from my recording app, just click outside of it and you can play the video). Hope this helps! Best, John

Hi Martin, At the moment, you can only import Gliffy files (.gliffy, .gon, .gxml), Visio files (.vsdx, .vdx) & Draw.io files (.drawio, .xml). If you are able to export from Lucidchart to any of these file types, you will be able to import to Gliffy. Hope this helps!

Hi Karthick, Are you retrieving a blank Gliffy Diagram when reordering pages in Confluence? If so, can you send detailed steps to recreate this issue to support@gliffy.com so they can help retrace your steps and look into this?

Hi Guru, I am not sure why your default is to open in the existing tab as I am showing in all our instances that the links will open in a new tab. To help troubleshoot, can you send a request to support@gliffy.com with the steps you took so we can reproduce this issue and do some testing on our end? Best, John

Hi @Andy - PTC Redundant , these were made in our Gliffy Diagram for Confluence Cloud app. However, regardless of what hosting they are created, they will look just as good 😉 Feel free to reach out to me directly at johna@gliffy.com to potentially find some time for Gliffy to swing by and present at your local AUG. Would…

Hi, Thanks for passing along this feedback. I just tested hyperlinking on our instance, seen here. It seems to work properly, however my example may be in line with your Scenario 2. The hyperlink functionality automatically opens a new tab. Can you inform me how I can reproduce Scenario 1?

Thanks for reaching out Alexander. It sounds like this issue is specific to your unique chart per your Update above. With that in mind, we will likely need to dig into that specific chart and why it is not printing properly. Can you please submit this issue to support@gliffy.com with the steps you took to get to the blank…

Thanks for passing along this deatil Jeanette. As mentioned we will need to dig further into this. Please send this info to our support team at support@gliffy.com. The reason I cannot submit this request to support for you is because we need your email address to ensure we can review the functionality on your version of…

Hi Jeanette, I just tested the pop up note functionality on my end. You can see my test here. Both scrolling on my mouse and clicking and dragging worked on my end. This means it is likely an issue local to your instance, so we will need to dig in further. Can you please reach out to support@gliffy.com with the steps you…

An alternative to going through Atlassian's archives/deleted spaces or pages would be to retrieve it directly from Gliffy's saved diagrams in the app. To access all saved diagrams in your confluence, simply open a new diagram and find the "Search for a diagram" tab on the left menu (seen in image below). You can search by…

Hi Darion, Thanks for reaching out! We are seeing this error occur as well and are currently digging into it. I'll keep you posted. I believe the work around at the moment is to use the "Save As" button instead of "Save", but we are working diligently to restore the expected functionality. Apologies for any inconvenience…
-
Hi Jeff, Step 1 & 2, I don't believe Draw.io has a "Save as", but rather includes a File -> Rename which I think you are referring to in Step 2. Step 3.1 & 3.2 - I'm assuming you used the "Embed Draw.io diagram" option when you tried to move it to a new page which I am also finding it hard to figure out how to edit. I did…

Hi Janice, It's your lucky day! This is 100% possible. Gliffy is built directly into Confluence through our marketplace app. It is 3 quick steps to creating a diagram and the best part is it lives directly in your confluence page. This means, you can edit, share across pages, and store all your diagrams in Confluence. You…

Me too Kat! I have hope that it might pick up.

Scott's advice it dead on! We hope this helped resolve your issue, but If you are still running into this problem, submit a ticket to our support team here.

The Atlassian Marketplace makes it difficult to get past the hurdle of adding a new app to your instance. In your case, where someone has your underlying diagram app but has to add the Gliffy Project app to Jira to get this new functionality would be an additional hurdle. Since Jira & Confluence aren't the add-on's…
