When clicking the 'details', it will take you to a search results screen. From here, you will need to filter down to what you want to see.

@Victoria Reggiardo , You can see how many pages use this macro from the Confluence admin console: * Cog wheel, general configuration * Macro Usage * Scroll down to Page Properties Macros * It looks like those items are clickable.. hope this helps. - Jonathan
-
Note: Since your search had special characters, you might have to put quotes around that.
-
Hi @Victoria Reggiardo , What is your purpose for searching for pages with this macro? Reminder: Page Properties Report macro + page label would populate a dashboard with contents from those desired pages. - Jon

Doesn't need to be deleted. This might help another.

@Carlos Henriques While I find it odd you can not un-check admin, Confluence Administrators will have access to your sites regardless. They are the top level user who will troubleshoot issues for you. - Jonathan

Cloud users, Do dates "in the past" always show in red/bold on cloud? On Confluence server, my dates in the past show red/bold but anything else shows non-bold / black. Wondering if the situation above is standard cloud functionality.. - Jonathan

@Jan You are absolutely correct in your statements. Our users also feel they can grant users editing access to a page even though they don't have access to the space. I would love to see Atlassian update the application so the user picker only displays users within the space permissions... or only users in those current…

Hi @Dyego Cavalieri , In our environment, we have a project space template. This is an actual space. We do the following to copy the information from the template space to the new request: * This solution also utilizes "Copy Page Tree" add-on * There are other copy page add-ons out there as well. * Create blank space (for…

@[deleted] Can you delete that row and re-add the row and date macro? * I only see red dates when the date is used in a task.
-
Hi @Lawrence , You have a couple options: * Click your layouts button and add a new layout row under that spot. * Insert a period on the new line and make the font white. * Hold Shift + enter could potentially work. * Modify the HTML <> and add the code <br> after your last line. * Create a user macro for line breaks. Hope…

Hi @Kristin Kilburn_ PMP _Administrator_ , You can create spaces and restrict those spaces to certain individuals. When it comes to restricting access to your Confluence administrators, this won't work. Confluence admins have access to the environment so they can troubleshoot issues. @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- and @Igor…

Something to test... Maybe this page hierarchy became restricted recently. Restricted pages are invisible to users who don't have access to them. If you had watched these pages prior to them getting restricted, they may still show in your watch's page. - Jonathan
-
@nerjamartin First suggestion would be to clear the deleted pages from the trash in the space. If they still appear in the watches pages still, I would then index the environment. - Jonathan
-
@Nils Bier _K15t_ I still want the option to disable the algorithm. :) - Jon

I work with a group that still prints on greenbar paper... so I understand this challenge. What worked for us: * Get leadership buy-in * Meet with business leads to evaluate collaboration needs. * Build easy to use templates and pages * Keep the space and pages clean * Set space permissions to department level AD groups…

@Diana Weaver For your global PDF stylesheet in General Configuration, I have added this in our UAT environment. It adds the page title and page numbers to the standard PDF export. Hoping others can share their code as well :) * .pagetitle h1 { * position: running(runningheader); *…
-
Hi @Diana Weaver Not sure if add-ons is an option for you, but Scroll PDF Exporter is a nice add-on which allows you to create PDF export templates. * Coding is not required with this tool.

I understand @Mihai Schwarz's suggestion by creating a restricted sub page that parses out the files however I am unaware of the "approval request" notification. Restricted users will see a message that says "page doesn't exist or you don't have permissions". * No emails are generated to the page creator ~Confluence Server…
-
@Наталія Четвертакова, I don't believe this is possible. Pages are grouped by year/month. Blog posts don't even appear when you are in the 'reorder pages' view.
-
Correct - we secure to the page level, not the document level.

Hi @Jean Kim, Labels is really the only way to categorize files in a file list (attachment's macro). You can also click the paperclip icon at the top of the page to see all the files on that page and see the labels attached to them. You can then create "SharePointy" type views by utilizing the "content by label" macro if…
-
@rbraynin Confluence is not JIRA or SharePoint :) The points above are out of the box functionality. There are ways to mod these macros, I am just not well verse in coding. * https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Edit-the-columns-of-the-Attachments-Macro/qaq-p/362322 *…
-
@rbraynin By default, File and Modified are what you get. You can see labels and comments if you expand the file (to see properties). If you click the paperclip icon at the top of the page, this attachment's view may be more beneficial for you (though it is an extra click). - Jonathan
-
Hi @rbraynin, Attachments macro shows attachments on that page. * Attachment labels is a parameter you can utilize with this macro. * You store files within these macros. Space Attachments shows all attachments in your space and has no extra parameters. You are not storing files in this macro, you are viewing all the files…

@Laura Lawrence Documentation, Team Space, and Knowledge Base are are all blank spaces with specific macros on them to give you a good starting point for specific purposes. You can add the desired macros and content onto your blank space to make it mirror the knowledge base template OR delete the space and recreate it…
-
@Judy Ellis, When trying the steps above, if you don't see 'Page History', you will need to reach out to your space admin to restore the previous page version for you. You can also see incomplete/completed tasks from your profile. * Click your profile image top right of page, choose tasks

You can always manage your content in JIRA and post screenshots in Confluence.

Hi @Adam Gaudry, Our responsibilities are broken up in our IT. I worked with our server team to set up the Active Directory settings in User Directories. If you want, I can supply you the configurations we used if you think that will help. Note: We are on Confluence server. - Jon
-
Hi @Adam Gaudry, Within User Directories, Active Directory, expand Advanced Settings and un-check Enable Incremental Synchronization. Also, confirm 'Update group memberships when logging in' is set to "every time the user logs in". Save, then synchronize. We found that Confluence never did a full AD sync when incremental…
