Agreed on the permissions front: You can add an user to a page, though they can't access the page until they are added to the space. Why are you able to add them to the page then >_<. Had to throw my SharePoint knowledge out the door for some of these concepts.

Note: We are using JIRA Core for general task management; nothing fancy.

My goal is (from dashboard) have the user go up to the global search box and type in a number and have JIRA bring back any search results with that number in any field. I am working with non-technical users so having them go into advanced mode and code a search is not preferred.

@Sharen Murnaghan If you need an immediate fix, create a new page with the proper permissions, then copy the content into that page. Delete original. *Note: Notifications will go out to members again if they were tagged in your article. After, you can then try to replicate the issue with a test page and troubleshoot.

Don't forget, when you delete a blank row above an H2 text line, the H2 text changes to paragraph. Formatting is not the simplest process in this product.
