Hey @Abdul Kader Broachwala The JQL query looks fine. Problem might be with Resolution not being set on the issues. Please check that if the issues returned in the query have Resolution set or they are showing as "Unresolved" for "Done" status issues. In case they are shown as unresolved you may have to set the resolution…

Hey @Alina Arhipova Welcome to Atlassian Community !! There are 2 ways for this. Hey @Surendra Welcome to Atlassian Community !! Well change management process is part of ITSM, Jira Service Management is the best application to be used for this thing. The whole purpose of JSM is based upon ITSM modules. One can configure a workflow for Change Process in Jira Software but it wouldn't be ideally good.…

Hey @broich.stefan Atlassian application installers are bundled with specific version of apache tomcat, so it's not recommended to upgrade apache tomcat to some version which is not supported. Upgrading apache tomcat will lead to an unsupported version and Atlassian wont be able to support in case of any issues. So…
-
Hey @broich.stefan Currently supported platform doc says Apache Tomcat V8.5.65 as supported one. Usually Jira Application installer is bundled with that version only, hence upgrading to some other version would not be recommended. Better solution is reach out to Atlassian Support Team and ask this question. Regards, Vishwas

Hey @Thembisa Ndlamlenze There are 2 options to move forward for this. Hey @Dirk Ronsmans I was about to respond same. Yes Validator would be the best solution as it shows users what is the required field before we do transition. Let me edit my answer to accommodate validator too. Regards, Vishwas
