I figured out the issue, looks like the user "support" is not having the project role. Browse project permission is not there, which is why he is not able to see the project itself. So go to People Section in the project and add him to suitable role, after that everything should be fixed.. Also check "See failed…
-
He has the permissions he should be able to see the ticket !! It's better we can check this on a call and see what is restricting him.
-
@Snir Ben Yosef try troubleshooting the issue by going to Settings "System" --> "Permission Helper". Provide Username, Issue(that ticket which belongs to specific Org) and in Permissions Select "Browser Projects". See the results what it says, user might be missing some permission. Send me the result screenshot. Based on…

@Radley Neethling This had happened to me once, luckily there was another Org Admin who was on that SAML SSO page, he just turned off the "Enforce SAML SSO". Hi @Shreesh Narayan Singh looks like it has updated few of the usernames I guess and some of the usernames are not updated. Hey @Fredrik Munkvold You can get the list of issues raised from different channels using JQL request-channel-type = portal/jira/email So in your case request-channel-type = portal The above result will provide the trend for the tickets getting created from portal. Hope this helps! Regards, Vishwas

Hey @Shreesh Narayan Singh Can you check in issue table in case the comments have updated usernames ? You can use this query: SELECT P.pkey||'-'||JI.issuenum as issuekey, JA.actionbodyFROM jiraaction JAJOIN jiraissue JI ON JA.issueid = JI.idJOIN project P ON JI.project = P.idJOIN app_user U ON U.user_key = JA.authorWHERE…
-
@Snir Ben Yosef You can do that too. Create a security level explicit for the organization and add the user to the that level in Issue Security scheme. Also add yourself into the level too. After that in automation you make to set this level against the Organization. By doing this you are ensuring that only that user and…

Hey @dD Let me try to answer the queries by summarizing your requirements. 1. Apparently the switch is not that easy. E.g. in Jira cloud it is apparently not possible to create dummy users, which is really helpful if you want to test something. Is this right? --> Yes we dont have such flexibility to create internal…

Hey @Maya Shaked Welcome to Atlassian Community !! Not to worry they will respond sooner, please try to add comments and if it is very urgent then you can use "Escalate" button. To answer your question, the response time depends on the ticket level (L1,L2,L3,L4) Also if we mark it very high like L1, in case if it is not L1…
