Hey @Satish K Welcome to Atlassian Community !! Did you check if it is the same behaviour in incognito mode ? If it is coming fine in incognito mode then there might be possibility that there is some extension in browser causing this issue and try disabling one by one to see if that solves the issue. Regards, Vishwas

Not sure what could be…

If it's working , well and fine, I usually take the examples from doc and change them as required. Regarding bonus question: I never though about this, yes most of the examples I see have -D- in the command. that's correct it's giving verbose mode output.

Hey Siva, This is as far as I had tried. May be some one can help you with the script for that :) Regards, Vishwas

Hey, I guess this is not allowing with just a fetch command we have to run git pull and then run git push. As mentioned in this article https://stackoverflow.com/questions/57664991/bitbucket-error-failed-to-push-some-refs#:~:text=This%20is%20usually%20caused%20by,push%20%2D%2Dhelp'%20for%20details. You may have to run this…

That's what the validator does, a comment is required to change the status, since the suggestion I have given applies on transition. So one has to enter the comment and then click on transition button. Have you added a screen to capture comments for that particular transition ? When I checked from my end it worked for me,…

Hey Not a problem, I will guide you. My guess you are doing commands to do git operations ? just run this command: git fetch and then git push -u origin master Let me know in case of any issues. Regards, Vishwas

Hey @Veronica Chiaravalli Welcome to Atlassian Community !! From the error i could see that the remote changes are way forward(means there are already changes pushed to remote and your local is outdated). To fix this you can take a git fetch from remote and then push the code. Regards, Vishwas

In Jira cloud "Field Required Validator" for comment worked OOTB we can configure like this.
-
Hi there once again !! Yes it is possible. Let me list out the steps: First key thing here is to get the commentId of the comment you are editing. To get that we have to do one round of Get method API for issue curl -u username:pwd -X GET -H "Content-Type: application/json" http://localhost:8080/rest/api/2/issue/{issueKey}…

This should go in as Listener
-
Also to add on this, since the field is created now as per logic it should count the transition as and when it is done like for ongoing tickets, maybe to search in history of issues for older issues you may have to write a script to check the history manager of the issue and then get the count in the field.

Hey @Sasko Moraliev 2 GB Storage limit is for attachments i suppose. Please check here about the FAQ's about the limit and what happens when limit it crossed https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/ another thread regarding similar questions…

Hey @Administrator You can try adding a validator for the transition -> Field Required Validator , there make comment as mandatory field. There you can also specify that "Add a reply to customer" as error message. By this way comment is mandated and user adds Reply to Customer note during this transition. But there is one…

Hmm, that's correct the method I have suggested works for recently transitioned tickets. I only had this tried on my end, but there could be a way to create a scripted custom field to do that which currently I am unaware off. I hope someone finds this post and suggest you !! Regards, Vishwas
-
Got you point. Possible solution: You have to create a number field and then add a post-function in that particular transition to increment the particular custom field, with this each time you do a transition the field will get updated by 1. Add below script in post-function: Script: import…
