@Lisa Mc The price $210 is per user, which means that if you upgrade to the Enterprise plan, your annual fee will be something like ($210 * number of your users) + tax. But I don't think it would be possible for you upgrade to the Enterprise plan, it is intended for larger organisations with at least 50 users.

Hi @Lisa Mc , welcome to the Atlassian community. In general Premium plan is cheaper than Enterprise. If you add a new multi-board user, you will be charged for this one additional user. Why do you think you will pay more than in Enterprise?

Congratulations everyone!

Hi @Sarah James , the Udemy tests seemed complicated than the Atlassian exam for me. I believe if you were able to pass both Udemy tests, you should be able to pass the Atlassian exam.

Great idea! I liked the quiz and refreshed the guidelines.

@Indeed You can try to contact vendor's support https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211696/linchpin-user-profiles?hosting=datacenter&tab=support, hopefully they will be able to help you more. Without any error message it is hard to tell, what's going on.
-
Hi @Ryan Bullock , AFAIK there's no way. You can see in the user's detail the user is using Trello but without any additional information.
-
Hi @Indeed , welcome to the Atlassian community! Please investigate the Confluence logs. You should be able to find more information there.
-
Hi @Piotr Witka , this happened to me too. BUT! You can work with the vendor to be reimbursed for the fee. Please reach out to the vendor customer service team and they will walk you through how to get reimbursed.

Wherever they're needed! Thank you!

I like the fact that Loom will be part of the Teamwork collection. This makes so much sense to me.
