Hi @Amit Bansal , please try status (or status.name) instead of issue.status.name in the condition. See here for more info: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-issues/

Hi @Ben Borecki , to be honest I don't understand your question fully. I will try to be more specific and hopefully this will answer your question. Because three companies were merging together, users were using e-mail addresses (-> Atlassian accounts) of both companies and also some of them have created JSM customer…

Hi @Bibek_ikuTeam_ , in the end we were migrating automations and integration apps like GitHub for Jira. Fixes were made mostly in permission schemes, dashboards, boards, workflows... smaller adjustments in Jira itself.
-
Hi @Vish Reddy {Revyz} , thanks for reaching out. I'm aware of your apps. If I use them, I will let you know.

I'm a big fan. The game I enjoyed the most is Witcher 3. I also like Assasin's Creed series, especially the games with Ezio Auditore de La La La :-). If I have some time for games again (I haven't played anything last 18 months), I would like to try Red Dead Redemption 2.

Hi @Micah Billman , the only way I can think of is to copy the "Open date" attribute to some custom field in the issue and sort the issues using this field.
-
Hi @Mehran Ahmadi , can you please be more specific, what you are trying to achieve? It is not clear from the text you provided. Thank you.

Hi @Ophir Edelstein , welcome to the Atlassian Community. Previously automations for single projects were not counted towards the limit, but the rules changed from the 1st November. https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/how-is-my-usage-calculated/

Congratulations everyone!
-
I'm very happy to see this!
-
@Stefan Speck I'm happy to help :-)
-
@Audra Bell Have you tried to check how notification schemes for your projects look like? Probably it would help you to adjust them.
-
Hi @Stefan Speck , please try something like this:
-
I’m happy to help!
-
Hi @Beth Chubb , have you tried to delete personal space, which already exists in cloud? It should be ok, if it is empty. And then migrate it from DC with CCMA?
-
Hi @Stefan Speck , yes, it is possible with the automation functionality. You can use Scheduled trigger. https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-cloud-automation/ https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-automation-triggers/
-
But you are able to use it, @Audra Bell . Configuration is not available, but the functionality is turned on. I suggest you to watch the Atlassian issue I’ve provided before.
-
Great! Last time users were really problematic again, this will help much in the future.
-
Nice, thank you!
-
Welcome @Tim Kopperud , we are happy to have you…
-
Congratulations! Great job!
-
Thank you, especially for the activity feed fix.
-
Nice @Andy Gladstone , thank you for sharing
-
:-) you can celebrate whenever you like
-
No, you can’t.
-
@Audra Bell Configuration is not available in cloud. The documentation, you are mentioning, is probably for DC Jira, not cloud.
-
@Audra Bell It is already set, it is turned on in cloud.
-
Hi @Monish Dashora , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Please reach directly the Atlassian support with this, they will surely help you: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
-
Hi @Audra Bell , welcome to the Atlassian community. Batched notifications are enabled in cloud sites and the default time interval for the same recipient and issue is batched up to 3 minutes of inactivity with a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes. In terms of being able to configure this batch window, Atlassian has an…

Hi @Jira-User , as support of server ends in the February, it is not possible to purchase license for server products anymore. So, you can install it, but you won’t be able to use it, because you won’t be able to obtain the license. The only possibility is migration to DC / cloud.
