Hi @anjali s , you can also use REST API: https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/latest/#api/2/issue-createIssue
-
Hi @Jira-User , unfortunatelly it is not available for server. You need to migrate to DC / cloud.
-
Hi @anjali s , you can change this behaviour in your profile, in the Preferences section, field My Changes - change to Notify me. Usually you don’t want these notifications, because you’ve made the change and you know about it.
-
Hi @anjali s , you should be able to see it in the footer, after you log in to Jira.
-
Hi @Ali Karimzadeh , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Please see this article, hopefully it will help you: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-cloud-email-notification-suppression-list-and-why-users-don-t-receive-email-notification-1236938226.html

Hi @Alexander Münchrath , in your case I would create screen with your custom field and add it to the transitions, where you expect it to be filled. You can also add validator to these transitions, if you want to force your users to fill it. Automation rule won’t help here.

Love it!

If they are customers, you can add them as Request Participants to these issues and they will be able to view the issue via portal and receive notifications about changes.
-
Welcome @Benjamin !
-
Hi @Jason Selby , in general they need to have Jira product licence to be able to log in to Jira. If it is enough for them to only view the issues and get notifications, they don’t need specifically Service Management licence, they can have Work Management or Software, which are cheaper.

Hi @Ganesh G , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Please see here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rate-limiting/

I’m happy to help :-)

@Louie Cooper Order by part needs to be at the end: resolution = Unresolved AND creator != <user> ORDER BY created DESC
-
@Louie Cooper This should be added to the original “All Open Tickets” queue. How does the current JQL looks like? Thank you.
-
Hi @Louie Cooper , welcome to the Atlassian Community! It should be simple - just edit the queue and update the JQL in there - just add something like AND creator != <your user id> Just start typing your user name and Jira should fill in the id.
-
Hi @Niels Dinglinger , I think accountId should be used instead of name, so please try issue.customfield_10068.accountId Which type has your custom field? Probably there’s no need for JSON. Also do you want to copy assignee to custom field or custom field to assignee? Thank you.
-
Thank you
-
@LynnG no, sorry. Maybe you can ask others to provide you with some tips.
-
Hi @Tony Della Ripa , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Hopefully I understand you correctly. You can set your board's swimlanes to be based on Assignees.
-
@Anneliese Pretorius Thank you. Would you please mark my answer as accepted? It can help others in the future. Thank you.
-
Hi @Anneliese Pretorius , try this, please: In the organization administration -> Directory (in the top menu) -> find the user in the directory -> show details of this user -> in the top right corner there will be three dots menu -> Assign organization role
-
Nice @Summer Hogan ! Thank you!

@Dave LIAO 🙌

This is fantastic @Teodora V _Warsaw Dynamics_ !

@Dave Mathijs A lot of people say it needs a lot of time to start liking red wine. In the past I also prefered white wine. We were married in 2015, so it’s eighth. They say there’s always some kind of crisis after each seven years. Last year our daughter was born and she left no space for any crisis :-))) Cheers!
-
Lol, you are very lucky :-).

Cheers @Curt Holley !
