Hello @Kesha Thill, thanks the info! Shouldn't it be mentioned here as well?
-
I've reached out to other Community champions to check if anyone has ever seen such behaviour, in the meantime I'd recommend you to contact your Confluence admin. It may be a known bug on your instance, or your admin may raise a bug to Atlassian support team :) And if you really need the section feature right now, you can…

That's weird! Have you tried on different browsers? It's not the usual behaviour so you may need to reach out to your Confluence admin.

I do agree, screenshots are almost never a good idea :) your need is similar to the one to share dashboards with non-Jira users, it has been discussed many times (e.g., here or here) but you can't do it with stock Jira.
-
What do mean by expanding the toolbar, do you click on "..." next to the italic button?
-
Hello @Sebastien Bourguignon, I'm afraid you'll have to grant them access to Jira. You can allow anonymous access to a project but then anyone can access your project, and I'm not even sure roadmaps are sharable this way - I think users would only see issues, not the roadmap itself. Atlassian doesn't provide a way to…

Hello @[deleted], The "sections" button is actually the Page layout one: It's pretty much the same button than in Confluence Server, I guess you were using an old Server version :) You may want to browse this page to learn more about formatting in Confluence Cloud. Hope this helps! - Manon

Hello @Sharon Dewhurst, I guess you're on Jira Cloud? Then this is not possible at the moment: Comment restriction is missing from the new issue detail view. The only workaround is to disable the new issue view in your personal settings (https://<yoursitename>.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa): Hope this…

Hello @Michaël and welcome to Community! Sure there is a French version of Jira: - If you'd like to change it for your profile only: * Jira Cloud - Manage your Jira personal settings * Jira Server - Managing your user preferences - If you'd like to change it for all users: * Jira Cloud - Configuring Jira application…

The admin rights are just needed to update Zephyr - it may have already been updated. Have you checked if the Preview Beta ADG Style for Zephyr option is available in Tests > ADG UI (still refering to Switching Back To Old UI From Default ADG UI)?
-
Hello @Nancy Havnen-Storey, You can't go back to the previous version of Jira, but it's possible for Zephyr: Switching Back To Old UI From Default ADG UI. You may need to reach out to your Jira admin if you don't have enough permissions to go back to the previous Zephyr version. Hope this helps! - Manon

Thanks for this info! So, based on this KB: * Check your board filter: looks OK from the JQL you initially shared * Check that the board has ranking enabled: that looks OK too * Check for issues in restricted projects: could you please do this? If your project key is "ASDF" and your sprint is "ASDF Alpha" use this JQL:…

Glad it helped! :)

Hello @Daniel Maglovski, Would you happen to have a Page tree macro inserted in that page? It may be related to that bug: Page contain a page tree macro stay in refresh mode. If not, I'd recommend to contact Atlassian support because it really looks like a bug! Hope this helps, - Manon

Can you please share the error displayed when hovering over the Complete sprint button? Something like that:
-
Hello @Océane Rabillon, I've never used it but Perimeter from ServiceRocket may help you: So, when is this useful? The main case is when there is a page inside a secured space which is of interest to a wider audience. It may be argued that the page should be moved elsewhere, but in some cases this isn't practical, or even…
-
Hello @Witold Rudnicki, Completing a sprint is related to the Manage sprints permission, have you checked it? Hope this helps! - Manon
-
Hello @Hanna Torany and welcome to Community! You can change customer notifications templates in Project settings > Customer notifications. In your case you'll want to edit the Request created template, you can insert the Issue description variable to include the email the customer sent you. More info notifications…

Last time I checked on a JSD > 3.7, I couldn't add a value to the field on a create screen, but that's good news if it's working now!
-
Hello @Olivier LEMAIRE, This should work to resolve a Jira issue from a GitHub commit (see documentation): JRA-123 #resolve Hope this helps! - Manon
-
Hello @Marc-André Lanciault, This is the expected behavior, you can't add the Request type field on "classic" Jira screens. This page explains a workaround: Automatically set Customer Request Type When Issue is Created via JIRA. Hope this helps! - Manon

Hello @[deleted], I haven't taken the ACP-600 exam but the ACP-100 and ACP-400 ones, you'll find details on this in the documentation: About shared configurations: - When you create a new project from a template, that project is created with its own set of schemes. These schemes are: * a permission scheme (default) * a…

Thanks for the screenshot! I've been able to reproduce the same issue. I searched on JAC and found two related bugs: * 'Recently Viewed' does not retrieve pages * Insert Link macro doesn't show recently viewed pages You can vote for these bugs to show you're impacted as well and comment to explain how it's impacting your…

Hello @Steve Hastings, I like it too! :) you can see on the bottom of the page: Powered by Confluence and Scroll Viewport. You'd need Scroll Viewport to get this result, but it's not available on Confluence Cloud for now - you can vote for the related feature request: Confluence Cloud Compatibility. You can check Refined…

Hello @Nwaezuoke Kenechukwu, If you go to your profile settings (https://trello.com/<your trello username>/account), you'll be able to: * Revoke access for the Trello app installed on your phone * Log out of your sessions (in the Sessions menu) Hope this helps! - Manon

It's definitely a tricky function :) glad it helped!
-
Hmm that's weird, it is working on my side: * When Version 4.0 is below Version 5.0, Version 4.0 is the earliest unreleased version: * When Version 5.0 is below Version 4.0, Version 5.0 is the earliest unreleased version: Are you on Cloud as well?
-
You can change that order in the Releases menu by drag-and-drop: This screenshot is from a Cloud instance so it may looks different if you're on Server. Let me know if it works :)
-
Hello @michalgrzeskowiak and welcome to Community! This JQL function is a bit tricky, see the documentation: Note, the "earliest" is determined by the ordering assigned to the versions, not by actual Version Due Dates. So it's not based on the release date (as you could expect) but on the order in the Versions menu. Hope…
