Hi @Jean-Francois Berleur and welcome to Community! Do you mean you're getting an error message when creating a new workspace? I have a free account and can create a new workspace when clicking on my avatar > Create new workspace. Hope this helps! - Manon
-
Does this documentation page helps? It basically checks if: * you're a member of the board * you exceed your workspace's board limit
-
Hi @darcyrosevideo and welcome to Community! Are all boards part of the same workspace? You can see which workspace your board belongs to from the sidebar. Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @MyCloud Admin, You can update organizations through automation rules: Is this what you want to achieve, or did you have something else in mind, based on email domains for example? Hope this helps! - Manon
-
Can you please share a screenshot of your rule as well?

Hi @Rebekka Kristín and welcome to Community! Most analytics are only available for Premium or Enterprise customers, but here are some metrics you can look at on a Standard plan: * Page analytics - go to each page you want to monitor, click on "x people viewed" > View more insights, and you'll get a graph of number of…

Hi @Tim Larkman, I agree with @Trudy P Claspill, you need a Scheduled trigger and conditions to compare dates. I would also add that: * Team-managed projects have a limitation where People custom fields, such as your Business Owner one, aren't supported by Jira Cloud automations at the moment (see more info here). You…

Hi @Eloise Taylor and welcome to Community! If Developer is a user picker custom field, you can directly set it to {{initiator}} in the automation rule: Hope this helps! - Manon
-
I'd rather rely on the "is a customer" condition:
-
Hi @Mar, The user condition allows you to filter based on the reporter's group: Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Gaven Ray, I don't have access to a Jira Server or Data Center, so I can't test it, but if I remember correctly, you can: * Update the Introduction gadget with any text you want (⚙️ > System > Edit settings > Introduction; see related documentation) * Add the Introduction gadget to your system dashboard (⚙️ > System >…

Hi @venkata naram, ah, ok, I get it now, thanks for the additional context! The Lookup action searches for pages meeting your condition: And you can then use the result in other actions, such as: Is that what you are trying to achieve?

Hi @Nicolas Andika, When creating an issue, you can click on ••• > Find your field to debug: Type in the name of your field, and Jira will run some tests to check why you are not seeing it. If that doesn't help, you can also click on ••• > Show fields to check your custom field is selected. Hope this helps! - Manon
-
Great, thanks for letting me know! :)
-
Hi @venkata naram and welcome to Community! You can add a page branch to perform actions on pages updated more than x days ago, for example: Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Rob Tuitert and welcome to Community! You're right, the Trello mobile app behaves differently than the browser version: in the app, there are separate buttons for archiving and deleting cards. You still have a confirmation pop-up if you select "Delete a card", though. Have you checked your board Archive menu, just to…

Hi @Equipe Support SquashTM, Sure, you can rename the custom field from the team-managed project's admin menu: Hope this helps!
-
You can run it in the issue search, where you ran the "Sprint in openSprints()" one. It will only work if users filled out this field, though - if no one uses the new Sprint field, it won't return anything.
-
Looks like it! You can try the following JQL query to understand which project this comes from: "Sprint[Dropdown]" is not empty Or just ask your colleagues if they remember who created it on that day :)
-
Do you have any team-managed projects? I created a new dropdown field that I named "Sprint2" in a team-managed project, and it does not show up in the global Custom fields menu. I do see it in the global audit log though: Could that be the issue?
-
Thanks for the additional screenshot! Can you confirm that you can see several different custom fields named "Sprint" in the administration? Looks like this is the issue. Since you also have a dropdown custom field named Sprint, Jira doesn't know which one to use in the query. Can you try this JQL query instead: cf[10020]…
-
Hi @Equipe Support SquashTM, The screenshot shows that you're typing Sprint in Sprintactif() instead of the correct JQL function: sprint in openSprints() Even if your profile language is set to French, you need to type JQL functions as written in the documentation. Hope this helps! - Manon

I'd love to join the beta!

Ooh I love riddles! Here's mine - @Raef Makrai please thank the Jira PMM team for the template inspiration 😄 And the answer is... 🥁
-
Awesome! Looking forward to the recording :)
-
Hi @Alex Zhitnitsky, is there a plan to make these fields accessible from the issue view? It would be great to see them when hovering over the reporter for example.

Hi @Dave Meyer, Atlassian announced last year at High Velocity ITSM that data residency support for France was on the roadmap, but it's not on the official Cloud roadmap. When can we expect data residency in France? Thank you!

Hi @Michael Couillard, Have you considered linking bug tickets instead of listing them manually? To answer your initial question, here is how you can count the number of "bug" mentions in a custom field: {{issue.Testing Notes.toLowerCase().match(".*(bug).*").size}} I added the toLowerCase() function to count Bug, bug, BUG,…

Hey @Emilee! I'm Manon, I have been working with Jira and Confluence since 2014 (almost 10 years 😱). I started using Jira as a support engineer, then became an Atlassian consultant and am now focused on marketing. I'm still using Jira and Confluence daily: I plan all my marketing activities in Jira, and document everything…
