Hi @Eitzaz Haider, By default, comment notifications don’t change based on the status. But admins can customize them using workflows or automation rules. If you’re not an admin, check with one to understand how notifications work in your project. Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Frank, There isn't any 'move' action available, but you can add your colleague to the Dutch organization (see documentation), and remove them from the Belgium one: Note that the Trash icon doesn't mean you'll delete the customer from the project, but from the organization only. Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Thierry PELERIN, Nice use case! I would personally transition the next issue to another status rather than notifying the assignee - it's easier for reporting, and also useful if the next issue is unassigned. For example, I'd transition the issue from Backlog to To do. Below are the sample issues I used: If I correctly…

Hi @Mallikarjuna, What result are you expecting with this query? If you want issues that were transitioned: * From submitted to status xxx by user xxx * or to status xxx by user xxx Then you'd need to update your query to: issuetype = xyz and (status changed from submitted to "xxx" by xxx OR status changed to "xxx" by xxx)…

Which button is missing? Did you create the Trello workspace yourself?

Hi @ulixes and welcome to Community! From your Trello homepage, you should be able to cancel by going to Settings > Billing > Explore plans or Cancel Premium. Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Flavien Gache, long time no see! It's currently not possible to import comments, you can watch and upvote this feature request: JSDCLOUD-11041 Ability to import Assets object comments from external source. I have not tried it, but I assume you could create a Text or Text area attribute, and import your legacy comments…
-
Hi @Flavien Gache, The easiest way to import prices is to use a number attribute, and add a suffix with the currency you need: Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @杨大树 and welcome to Community! I use the following query on Jira Cloud, it should also work on your Jira on-prem: status changed by currentUser() Hope this helps! - Manon
-
Hi @Phoebe_Thomas and welcome to Community! You can use smart values to run conditions on the last comment: * Check last comment's author: If {{issue.comments.last.author.displayName}} equals Automation for Jira, then the last comment was left by Automation. * Check last comment's content: If {{issue.comments.last.body}}…

Unfortunately, deleting a board is permanent, and deleted boards cannot be recovered (see documentation). You can check with your old work if they had any backup and restore solution, such as Rewind's power up.
-
Hi @Lidia florencio and welcome to Community! Did you check all your workspaces? Maybe the board is not in your personal workspace, but in your old work's workspace? For example, in my case, I'm part of two workspaces, so I could check in both 'Boards' entries if the deleted board is closed: Hope this helps! - Manon

Glad it helped! :)

Hi @jovanio_junior, I find the easiest way to get the custom field is to update the custom field administration URL: https://yoursitehere.atlassian.net/secure/admin/EditCustomField!default.jspa?id=10070 In this example, you'll be redirected to the administration of custom field with id 10070, so you'll see the custom field…

Hi @Nguyen Thanh Tien, Moving your JQL query to the Scheduled trigger should fix the issue: Hope this helps! - Manon

Glad it helped! I'm not sure which digital badge you're referring to, as I only ever got badges for certifications. But I'm sure you can reach out to the University team to get an equivalent if you need one.

Hi @Thomas Brockway and welcome to Community! The Confluence fundamentals course was revamped into Get the most out of Confluence. You can also look at the upcoming live learning sessions, some are focused on Confluence. Hope this helps! - Manon

Hi @Charu Pankaj kumar and welcome to Community! I'd rather recommend adding a screen to the To Do > In Progress transition, with the Assignee field being required, this would be a better user experience. You can learn more here: How to prompt a required field when transitioning the status of an issue But, to answer your…

Very happy to hear it's now working! :)

Ah, I found a typo in your noticePeriod variable: can you try and add a space in the smart value? You should type in the name of your custom field (which has a space), instead of the variable (which doesn't have a space):
-
Hi @Amber Truesdell and welcome to Community! Have you tried selecting "All actions": And then selecting the project and type of the new issue: I believe Jira categorizes the "Create issue" action as incompatible with the "Scheduled" trigger because it doesn't know in which project to create the new issue nor which issue…
-
Hi @venkata naram, I cannot reproduce your issue. I seem to run into the same bug than this Community post though, as the email I receive is blank, so I'd recommend reaching out to Confluence's support team.

Hi @Tim Larkman, Thanks for the detailed screenshots! That's very weird because I tried using your values (renewal in August 2025 with a 60 days notice period), and it works as expected on my end: no comment is triggered for that issue. Can you share a screenshot of your reminderDate and noticePeriod variables'…
-
Hi @Calvin, I'm sure you have good reasons for enforcing portal only creation, but IMO that creates frustration and ends up with people not raising requests through Jira at all. I'd be interested in learning more about why you need to prevent requests being raised from Jira! But, to answer your question: have you tried…
-
Great, glad it helped!
-
Hi @Wout, Does this request type have restrictions? You may not be authorized to raise this specific request: Hope this helps! - Manon
-
Hi @Tim Larkman, yes, you're correct! Notice period = 30/60/90 days, and 15 is the number of days you want add on top of that to get your reminder on time. For the "Incompatible component" error, it might be due to your Scheduled trigger, did you filter with a JQL query?
-
Glad it helped! Thanks for confirming it fixed your issue :)

Hi @Eloi and welcome to Community! Have you checked the "Check to allow other rule actions to trigger this rule. Only enable this if you need this rule to execute in response to another rule" box? Hope this helps! - Manon
