C'est désormais @Isha (Hello Isha 👋) qui pourra t'aider, Darline a changé de poste depuis mon article :)

Hi @Shannon Fitzgerald, Are you still trying to reopen an issue when its reporter adds a comment? I'm not sure to understand what you are trying to achieve with the above rule. I would suggest not using the legacy automation, the classic automation rules are more advanced and easier to debug :)
-
Hi @Emmanuel F-D, you can verify it by clicking on the "Edit" button next to the "Participant added" notification.
-
Hi and welcome to Community! You can mark a plan as favorite from Plans > View all plans: And you can mark a board as favorite by clicking here: Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @Shannon Fitzgerald and welcome to Community! You can create an automation rule to reopen the issue if a comment is added by the reporter. It would look like this: Automation rules are available in your Project settings > Automation. Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @Emmanuel F-D, You can check the customer notifications in the project settings: Is the "Participant added" notification enabled? If so, the next step is to check the notification itself by clicking on "Edit": Is the notification configured to be sent to "Added participants"? Hope this helps, - Manon

I'm afraid being a board admin is not enough, you need to be a global Jira admin to change link types. Do you know who your Jira admin is? If so, you should reach out to them to plan the links update - it will affect all Jira projects, not just yours, so you need to discuss it. Cheers, - Manon
-
Hi @Alana Forrest and welcome to Community! If you're a Jira admin, you can update these link types in the Issue linking menu: If you delete a link type that is already in use, Jira will ask you to either swap current links to another one or to remove links: You can prepare a table listing current link types and the…

Hi @Andy, You can find the bulk change permission in the Global Permissions menu and go to the bottom of the page to grant this permission to the relevant group: Keep in mind that you also need the Delete issues permission in the related projects. However, I'd like to point out that you should be very careful when deleting…

JQL is a standard Jira feature, you don't need any app to use JQL. You do need apps to provide you with advanced JQL function though, such as "commentedByUser". You should ask your Jira admin which apps are installed and then read these apps' documentation to find out which JQL functions you can use.
-
Hi @Jason Liu, This JQL function requires the app JQL Search Extensions for Jira, see their documentation. Is is this app installed on your Jira? Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi @Arun G N and welcome to Community! Free plan is available for up to 10 users. You can switch from Free to Standard in the Billing menu > Manage subscriptions: Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi @Julien Bedia, Jira Service Management customers, i.e. users with no license, can't access dashboards. You need to either be a Service Management agent or a Jira Software/Jira Work Management user to access dashboards. You can look at Marketplace apps to provide your customers with reporting - they are paid apps and not…

Hi @Raphael Kösters, Can you check if the page where the smartlink doesn't work is built with the new or old editor? If it's the old one, you should get a banner in edition mode suggesting to convert it to the new editor. Smartlinks only works when using the new editor. Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @Lorraine SCHALCK and welcome to Community! Your best option is to contact Atlassian Support, your email address may be blocked on their side. Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @Julien Bedia, You actually need to be associated with the project role to share a dashboard with them. If you add yourself to the role "Client Manager" in the project "SOS DEV", you will then be able to share a dashboard with them. Hope this helps! - Manon
-
Hi @Paul Sasse and welcome to Community! It works well on my side, did you happen to upload any large attachments to your card? You can check Trello status here if you ever wonder if there is an active incident: https://trello.status.atlassian.com Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @Pete P, Do you have "View all worklogs" or "View team worklogs" permission? This page explains everything about Tempo permissions to see other users' worklogs. Hope this helps! - Manon
-
Hi @Jean Francois Gelinas It looks like your first page is using the old editor, do you have the following message on the bottom of your page? If so, it should work better once you convert your first page to the new editor. Hope this helps, - Manon
-
Hi @Arjay Villavicencio, Exact-text searching is not yet available in Jira Cloud, you can upvote the related feature request and watch it to be notified once it's released. - Manon

Hi @davin, I'd recommend installing No Email Storm. It replaces the "Notify watchers" checkbox with two buttons "Save" and "Save and notify". It's one of my go-to apps on Confluence Server since it's free! Hope this helps, - Manon

Hi @Thomas G, The following automation rule should meet your needs: Here are the details of the Create variable action: You can copy the smart value below: {{issue.summary.match("(\d{1,4}([.\-/])\d{1,2}([.\-/])\d{1,4})")}} Here are the details of the Edit issue action: You can copy the smart value below:…

Hi @Sunil kumar, The only way to import issue history is through JSON import, e.g.: <span>"history"</span> <span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.5);">:</span> <span>[</span> <span>{</span> <span>"author"</span> <span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.5);">:</span>…
-
Hi @Logan Mulderrig, You can get insights on spaces from the Analytics menu: Hope this helps! - Manon
-
Glad it worked out! Which smart value did work in the end?
-
Hmm that's weird, could you try with {{issue.App ID}} and {{issue.App ID.value}}?

Hi @zhengshuiliang, could you try with {{App ID.value}}?
