Hi @alekhya Reddy , for this you will need an Atlassian Access subscription. Then, you can simply follow Microsoft step by step tutorial to connect Azure AD : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/atlassian-cloud-tutorial Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @Martin Begley , the easiest way to upgrade Confluence is not to restore an XML backup, it would be to start your new Confluence with the same CONFLUENCE_HOME against the current production database : this way the upgrade will perform the needed databases updates and will not require you to load a huge XML file. Let me…

Hi @[deleted] , at the moment, Team-managed projects can only have one board. If you need multiple boards, you should consider using Company-managed projects. They also can't be copied, this is only available for company-managed projects. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Krishna Kumar Yadav , since you're using Team-Managed project, there are only a few reports available compared to the Company-Managed projects. For now the Epic or Release burndown report are not available. Available reports are : * burnup report * cumulative flow diagram * velocity report * sprint burndown chart The…

Hi @Nathaniel Meyer , moving the data is pretty easy, just follow these steps : To request a data residency move: * Go to admin.atlassian.com. * Select your organization to access its Administration overview. * Go to Security > Data residency. * In the data residency table, select Request move. The products that you move…

Hi @Simon de Kraa , what you're referring to as "next-gen" is actually a type of project that is only available on Jira Cloud. It does have an improved interface and a better look, and it's only available for the Cloud Atlassian offer : https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/next-gen So I'm afraid that you can't install…
-
Hi @Phill Harris , yes you can integrate Okta and Jira Service Management : this is done with Atlassian Access, an additional subscription that will enable SSO and user provisionning directly from Okta to Jira. You can have a look at the documentation here : https://www.atlassian.com/software/access/okta Let me know if…
-
Hi @The Xuong Tsani , yes this is possible, you will need to raise a ticket to support so that they can change the URL : http://getsupport.atlassian.com Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Thanks @Manon Soubies-Camy , very interesting. That's quite a complex use case but I can see why some would want it on a support project 🙂
-
Hi @David Crouch , it seems like it's an issue with your SQL user : you should ask you Database administrator if the password you have is correct, as it looks like a simple authentication issue. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @[deleted] , it is possible to keep you current infrastructure if you're moving from Server : you can just change the license key and everything will keep working as before. You can have a look at Atlassian documentation for Data Center with one node…

Hi @Bee Ann Koh , you can find the binary here : https://www.atlassian.com/fr/software/jira/service-management/download-archives Or you can follow Atlassian documentation to deploy directly on AWS using templates : https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/getting-started-with-jira-data-center-on-aws-938846966.html…

Hi @[deleted] , this is standard behaviour : when cloning an issue, only some fields are copied. Linked issues, subtasks or stories in an Epic will not be copied. If you do need advanced cloning features, I would suggest looking at an addon like Deep Clone for Jira for example. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Berat Çolak , this is because you did not authenticate properly with the API : you should have a look at the documentation : https://developer.statuspage.io/#section/Authentication Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @tom.francis , there is a limit on the number of backups with attachments that you can create on Jira Cloud, as you can see in the documentation : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/export-issues/ This means that you will need to wait 48h before generating a new backup with attachments. This…

Hi @Marine Tm , I'm not sure, it depends what exactly you need. Can I suggest that you create a new topic and tag me ? I will then be able to look at your question. Thanks, Alexis
-
Hi @Paul Treadwell , you don't need a branch "For sub-tasks", as you can just add a condition "Issue Type = Subtask" and then an action "Edit Issue" and add the following smart value for the Team Assigned field: {{issue.parent.Team Assigned To}} Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Premiere Creative , Jira Software for 15 users costs 1050$. You can see this here : https://www.atlassian.com/software/pricing-calculator Not sure why you're billed 3500$, but you should be able to just add your Bank Card to your site on admin.atlassian.com and then add more users. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @Marine Tm , this query is almost exactly what you need : SELECT distinct s.SPACENAME, s.SPACEKEY, cg.group_name, cu.lower_email_address FROM SPACES AS s JOIN SPACEPERMISSIONS AS sp ON s.spaceid = sp.spaceid LEFT JOIN user_mapping AS u ON sp.permusername = u.user_key…

Hi @alexandros margaritis , yes you can upgrade directly to the latest 8.18 release, as there are no requirements for a step upgrade. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Mariano , if you're using the Scheduled trigger in Automation, I believe you can do something like this : Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Mariano , this might be because of the way you're writing your query with the OR statements. Can you try this : project = "My Project" and ( status = "Waiting for support" OR status = "Open" ) and updated <= -2d Thanks, Alexis
-
Hi @Myke , there are no specific OS version mentioned on the page because Bamboo runs with the Java JDK : this means that the OS only needs to be able to run Java, so I guess MacOS 11.4 should handle this :) Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @Timothée Quesada ! Cloud migrations can be tricky, and sometimes it's better to seek help from an Atlassian Partner as they have expert knowledge on these topics. However for your issue, if you want to use the Jira Migration Assistant you'll need to be enrolled in Atlassian EAP in order to get access to Xray migration.…

Great ! Can you please mark my answer as "Accepted" so that others can find it ? Thanks !

Hi @Sebastian Buck , as this rule requires to first find all issues in the sprint, and then find all issues linked to those, you will need to create 2 rules. This is because you can't have a branch inside a branch in Automation. The first rule will add a temporary label to the issues in the sprint that was closed, in order…
-
Hi @Mariano , correct JQL would be "updated <= -2d" : this will show issues that were updated more than 2 days ago. The same JQL for "no action for the last 4 hours" is "updated <= -4h". Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @[deleted] , if you want to give users access to your Jira Software project, even without any permissions, you will need a Jira license. However, you can assign Jira Work Management licenses to those users (they are cheaper than Jira Software licenses) : this way they will be able to access your projects, but will not…
