Hi @JD_adm , if you have a Scrum board, then you can configure the board to show Swimlanes based on Epics : this way you'll havet the Epic -> Story -> Sub-task view as you can see : It is true that Jira can be a little bit complex at first, but that's always what makes it so popular : it's very flexible and can be used in…

Hi @JD_adm , the view like the one in your screenshot is only available for Kanban boards with Backlog, because there you'll have a way to show Epics. But even in this view you can't have the Epic showing "above" the Stories. You can have a more detailed view with the new Roadmap feature, if you configure issue…

Hi @Ori Menashe , it should say on "Manage Subscriptions" when the trial end date is !
-
Hi @Ori Menashe , you can change your standard plan to a Premium trial, even if it's not a new site. You would need to go to admin.atlassian.net and go to SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING then Manage Subscription. On this screen you have a "Change" button next to "standard plan" where you can then select Premium. Let me know if…
-
Hi @Laci Kremer , I would look into the JQL condition, something like "status was done BEFORE -1d" or something like that. With the BEFORE, AFTER and DURING operators you can specify when the action was done. let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Julien BOIREAU , issue permissions is actually a feature for Standard and Enterprise plans, it won't be available for Free plans as you can see in the documentation : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/explore-jira-cloud-plans/ However, you can change your subscription from Free to Standard…
-
Hi @Pritesh Gohil , you can do this with Automation : it's a new feature that is available for all Jira projects, where you can create rules and trigger actions. For example, you could do a rule that says : * Every time an issue is created * Send a Slack notification to xxx You can have a look at the documentation here…
-
Hi @georgie , I don't know of any gadget to display multiple boards together, what I would do is create a "master board" where you would have all the columns from the other boards grouped into it. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Luisa Zhang , for these kind of issues, you should get in touch with Atlassian Support as they'll be able to let you know exactly what went wrong : http://getsupport.atlassian.com/ Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Steve A , there is a pretty good documentation on Atlassian site for the Cloud to Server migration : https://confluence.atlassian.com/confeval/other-atlassian-evaluator-resources/migrating-from-cloud-to-server There are some specific steps to migrate attachments as you will see. For Zephyr, I believe it needs to be…

hi @jira_admin_cu as far as I know, this is not supported yet as per the Atlassian documentation. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Yes the only thing I've seen myself is the email to the users when you verify/de-verify a domain. Otherwise it won't change much for you or the users, and you'll be able to claim back the domain on your other org (you will have to update the DNS record to verify it of course).
-
Hi @Miguel Costa , the second link is exactly what you're looking for : you will be able to move the products (Jira, Confluence, etc) from ORG1 to ORG2, as long as you're Org admin on both. If you do have a domain verified on ORG1, it will need to be "de-verified" in order to move it. For the users, the Org move will not…
-
Hi @Michael , at the moment this is not possible, however there is an open request to fix this : https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-1750 Looks like it was updated very recently, so a fix might be around the corner :) The workaround at the moment is to use the Legacy Automation for this type of need. Let me know if…
-
What you could do instead : Create a new project and select to use a shared configuration with the initial project. This would not copy boards etc, but it gives you the same basic configuration : issue types, workflows, etc
-
Hi @Henk Smets , it is possible to reset the issue count ! First, delete all issues in the project. Then what you would need to do is a CSV import, where you would have a column "issue key" and give it a value like "issue-1" (you also need to have a Summary in order to create the issue). After the ticket is imported as…
-
Hi @Ian Ashley , I don't think that this is possible at the moment, as the Smart Value don't mention the Branch creator etc : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/smart-values-development/ There is a ticket logged to get exactly this, but it has not been delivered yet…
-
Hi @Jaume , what I would do is have a Ready To Deploy column (and make it the last board column), and then after the Sprint you could have a different Kanban board to track the deployment. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Hi @Rixta Padeken , I've just tried it, and created an article as a children of another page in my Knowledge Base. I can find it without any issues on the Portal when I'm typing the related words. Is there any specific permissions maybe on your child pages ?
-
Hi @Rixta Padeken , I've tested this and I can see child pages on Confluence when I'm logged in as a Service Management customer (I've checked and I'm not using a Confluence license), with both the Child macro in a page, or with the Page Tree on the left panel as you can see : Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Bill Penney , you can do this using Automation for Jira. You will have to create a rule to trigger when an issue is commented, and check the Comment Author value : Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Thanks @Community Manager for the article !
-
Hi @Albert Manuel , I don't think you can do this dircetly with Tempo (there is no option to restrict API calls), however since you're on Jira Server you can manage this at the reverse proxy level : you will be able to restrict what IP address for example can reach a specific URL, like…

Hi @ferns , this is a setting that can be changed with the Advanced Settings : https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-view-subtask-fields-in-a-parent-issue-278072457.html However, this will change the display on the entire Jira instance. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Cyrielle Charrier , I don't have any issue on my side, if your file is only 10 lines or so it should only take a few seconds. Do you maybe have a lot of issue links ? Otherwise I would advise to just cancel and start again. let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Vlad Chernichko , you can use the same account (that is tied to your email address) on many Jira Cloud instances : the Jira administrator just need to add you (based on your email address) to their product and give you permissions to access the projects. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
-
Hi @Yuliia Zhyliaieva , I think the JQL would rather be : createdDate <= -180d For this kind of queries, I use the "basic" search as you get a nice prompt where you can choose the date range : Let me know if this helps, --Alexis

Great content, thanks !

Hi @Réka Fulmer , if you create multiple Scrum boards on the same project, they will all use the same backlog and sprints. Let me know if this helps, --Alexis
