Note taken for the future. Because I too WILL someday ;) close a 100% project

That being the case, please reach out to support through the link on this page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confeval/other-atlassian-evaluator-resources/trial-extensions 🚀

Hello again @joel Where the docs state key it does not refer to your token or any other access key. It refers to the key of the key:value pair of the user preferences you are requesting. For example: * user preference key = personalized.nickName * user preference value = "Johny Dee" Your API request would be the following:…

Hello again @Francis_Pelland Indeed, this configuration is fixed in Jira as a system field level and cannot be modified. However, looking back on our conversation, when a users flag an issue the value should be set to Impediment. If this is not the case, then you are experiencing a bug and I'd recommend you open a support…

Hello @Harry Bob Thank you for reporting this. It is indeed an issue that has inadvertently rolled out. Our JSD team is actively working on it and will roll out a fix for it asap 🚀
-
Hello @joel Looking at the docs for that resource you'll see there is a hard requirement on a key being passed. Also, check the additional header used in the example.

For completeness, I add that you can always start with a simple Kanban Next-gen template. It will be perfect for a simple todo-list type project, give you the capabilities you are after and leave the door open for further feature toggling you might consider in the future 😄
-
Are you looking for an extension of the trial period or to start using the full paid service?
-
In next-gen projects, the relationship between issues is based on an arbitrary hierarchy, which users can define. Therefore, the JQL for next-gen has been changed to 'parent'. In you case it would be: parent = CC-2
-
The description for custom fields is currently not available in the issue view itself. Would you expect them to be accessible in any particular way?
-
Doubling down here. Issue collectors should do the trick for you
-
Hello @Robert Helstrom This is a performance optimization that has recently been rolled out to speed up backlog load times. There is no configuration switch for it.

Thank you for updating the thread :)

Awesome article! Great tips in here for all types of user group setup :D

Tips for taking notes? (in terms of tools ... paper, tablet, ...) Also, tips on what to have with you all the time? (similar to 'how to pack for camping' sort of list)

Scheduling in advance! Smart

Hello again @Ana Schnepf sorry, that is what I meant. When I talk about parallel sprints I'm pointing out a feature that allows you to have multiple sprints running, regardless of when they start or stop. With this in mind, you can open a sprint, having XYZ tickets, open the next one when the right time comes with ABC, and…

Odd indeed. Can you open a support case for this? Our engineers might be able to shed some light on the issue you are facing: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/

Snakes beat spider for me ... I have two terrible moments with them: * 6 year old in a safari park show, they lined up my classmates and me, put a really huge snake on our shoulders ... I got the head 😧and it looked at me straight in the eye 😳 * 12 year old in another safari, went to sit on a bench a nearly sat on a lovely…

That being the case, it's not something you can configure from the Jira side. I would look into the apps configuration docs for any clues and in case of not finding anything, I'd contact their support team.

If I understand, correctly, when you say Link you are talking about the Link issue feature. That being the case, there is no easy way for you to change all these links in one go. An idea I would go with is using the import/export CSV tool to do this. You could export all the issues with links to a CSV, modify the link URLs…

🤔Interesting. I've never made use of that feature, to be honest. I'll have to take a peek 👀
-
Interesting. What was the default value before you changed it to 'Unassigned'?
