Hello again @[deleted] Indeed I don't think you can obtain the data you are looking for merely with JQL. I wouldn't go as far as copying the database sprint by sprint thought. If I were to build something to query the Jira API to get the data on all issues closed within a sprint I would query for the range of historical…

My understanding is this would hold for any content you created inside the editor.

Hello @Bart_Joosten From what I see in the ScriptRunner docs the information about the issue from which the event is being fired is not available. I understand this makes sense given you are listening to the creation of a Link between issues, which can be done both explicitly through UI from one issue to another or through…

Interesting that he cannot log in again. I would assume there is an issue with his account configuration having changed. If you can't resolve this, I'd recommend you contact support: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/

🤔So you are viewing the login page at the same time as the RPA pop-up or is the RPA asking you for the DUO password remotely and you can't see the login screen? If you can see the login screen at the point in time when the RPA asks for the password, can you verify if manually entering the password does/doesn't log you in?

I believe there is no extension for that sort of enhancement. The tables you can define within the Jira editor hold up to the functionality of the editor itself, which is not extensible by third-party plugins.
-
How is the RPA getting your duo key? is it possible that it takes too long to retrieve it and by the time it introduces it it is out of date/changed? Either way, I'd post the issue in the UiPath channels for better support. 🙂

Interesting. How is the automation scripts calling/hooking up to the sign-in service? Are you following any Atlassian Dev documents to support you?

Hello @Administrator Admin Double checking through the documentation for 3LO authentication (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/oauth-2-authorization-code-grants-3lo-for-apps/) I see it is stated that auth acceptance must be done through a screen (pop-up or transition, not programmatic): * The app directs…

Hello again, Gotcha. That being the case, it is not possible to display multiple hierarchies through the scope section at the same time. It might be a good candidate for a feature request! 🚀 Feel free to visit this page and follow the steps to suggest a feature.

That's awesome! 😧

when it is safe to approach someone. 😂

I see your point. And can imagine that it would ease the flow of communication across the enterprise. Maybe ease how messages came across. I wonder, could this be applied in companies spread across multiple countries/time-zones? I guess the scrum of scrums would be harder to engage, but still possible.

Hello @David Loya We have looked into the issue and are not capable of reproducing it. I would recommend you to open a support ticket and have one of the Atlassian support engineers look through the issue with you: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/
