We recently ran a group Meyers Briggs sessions in our teams and I found it to be an interesting exercise. I would say I consider myself to 'take it with a grain of salt' (maybe that's just my ENTP way), but I can see a certain pattern that can be held across the personality types that were displayed in the room. Where I…

I wanted to be Son-Goku!! Flying, teleportation, fusing ... True kid dreams :D

Uhhhhh ... tough question. 🤔 I think I'd have to go with a mirror. Despite space not being an issue outside whatever capsule we'd be living in (pun intended ;)) I think I'd feel a little tight indoors. Mirrors are well known for making spaces feel ample. Plus, it's something I've never seen in any of the NASA videos

Indeed! I'll be taking some of these to my remote squads :D

Coming from a countryside family, I've always been in contact with animals and nature. It must have influenced somehow in my relationship with animals in general. I find my super-power is that I very quickly connect with dogs, cats, rabbits, ... you name it. Fun story, during my uni days I was looking for a flatmate. A…

I've always wanted to be a Project management teacher. Hands-on learning assured where all my students would learn to be 'Do-ers' as well as thinkers! Maybe someday 🤔

🤔I'd give a shot at becoming a half-zombie half-human. Maybe try some experiments first to see what can be done but if they are indeed the winning side, why not try to remove some of their flesh-degrading caveats? hehehe

General fitness is my personal medicine. I've been through several severe injuries over time and have reached a point where I had to stop all competitive-level training I was into and focus on keeping fit. To me that is: - pilates twice a weeks - morning and night stretches - general HIIT training sessions once or twice a…

Currently, my App of choice is 'AirVisual'. Given the drastic changes in air quality we are suffering in Sydney, I find it is a perfect way to stay on top of both weather, wind conditions and air quality updates. I really recommend it!

coming from a family of great believers in Agile, this has not yet happened to me :P

I started reading the post and hit the magic word. TETRIS!!! I can't count the hours I've spent playing. My family was fully invested in the game, to the point where my mother would have extra batteries for the Game Boy (remember that huge grey block? 🥰) in the bathroom, my sister would sneakily hide up in a tree to play…

Great thread! I really enjoy seeing how energy is found for improvement in so many ways. For, the drive to improve comes from pure, but simple, passion for what I'm doing. I find it a neverending fuel resource, even through the ups and downs of life and learning. Focus, attention, care, listening, empathy, ... and other…

Hello @Kyle Ray The difference between the total 68 story points, presented in the burndown chart, and the committed 74 story points from the velocity charts come from the following: * Velocity chart registers the completed story points VS the number of story points that were in the sprint backlog when the sprint was…

Hello @Zuzanna Perkowska I must say I love this post. Especially the food tower! I'm surely going to be running that team-building exercise in the near future. Would you have any pro-tips for running the session and caveats to avoid? Thanks!

Given the project structure, you present I think it mainly depends on the level at which you run the Health monitor session. What I mean to say is: * if an individual (sub-line) scrum team runs the health monitor, I would understand there is one person in that team that can be considered the 'full-time owner' of that…

Hello @[deleted] If I understand correctly, your question revolves around the following: "There is one lead who is accountable for the result of this project. This needs to be someone whose time is at least 80% dedicated to it, and who can champion the mission inside and outside of the team." The understanding is that for…

Hello @jo astley I think you might be able to work around the issue without having to recur to your admin. Every board a few configuration details and is driven by a filter query. You can access the board settings by click on the meatballs button on the top right of the board. There you can see: * the filter query that…

Hello @Martin_Vondra Given the issue occurs only sometimes on a very commonly used experience I would encourage you to open a support ticket (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-server/) and request for them to follow up on your particular case. Either they hold information on this situation, having happened before…
