@Matt Reiner _K15t_ awesome video! thank you!

@Fred Boak sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this. Our team has investigated this issue and it's a known issue affecting a small number of customers. We are working on a fix which should be out in the next week.
-
@Ariel Browne thanks for the feedback. As detailed in the post, after speaking to many customers and learning about their frustrations with the Confluence notifications experience, we realized that the better default experience for the vast majority of customers is to have a single daily notification containing a summary…
-
@Lasse thanks for asking, happy to help clarify. The email you're referring to, the Confluence daily summary, is a summary of all activity in your Confluence instance, which is sent in addition to all other Confluence emails. The Confluence Daily Digest is only a summary of page updates across all of the pages and spaces…
-
Hey @Paul Madison we send the digest to all valid recipients who are watchers of pages or spaces in your instance. If those users are currently receiving other notifications from Confluence then they are valid recipients.
-
Hey @Phil Yen the setting for this is called "Subscribe to a daily digest" so make sure that one is unchecked. It usually takes ~24 hours to update/process so if you uncheck it you should stop receiving the daily digest by tomorrow.
-
@Paul Madison this page details our email notifications settings: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/subscribe-to-email-notifications/. We give end users the ability to control and manage their email settings, and site admins have the ability to turn notifications on or off for their instance.
-
@정한나(Hanna Jung)/IT the feature is rolling out now so will be available shortly for all customers
-
@G subramanyam sorry for any confusion, you must have been an early adopter! Glad this article helped clear things up.
-
Hi @Kalin U the new experience is automatically ON for all users. If they would like to turn it off they can navigate to email settings and will find a setting there.
-
Hi @Mirek this is only available on Confluence Cloud
-
@Matt Reiner _K15t_ thanks Matt! Great to hear from you!

@Robert Gates thanks for your comment and sorry to hear you're seeing this issue. We do batch some of our email notifications together so…

-
@Rachael Garbee thank you for your question. Yes, you'll be able to use inline comments both on drafts and published pages. Today, we don’t send any notifications about content updates that happen when editing until a page is published, so to remain true to that and respect the privacy of your draft collaboration…
-

We hope you keep using it and keep sharing great feedback/requests like these!
