Hi @Denis Uschapivsky , You have to change the assignee part... ... and (assignee!= ... or assignee is empty) order by...
-
Hi @larsburkhardt , Great to hear that you could fix it yourself.
-
Hi @Pavel Trantrov , Welcome to the community. You have to raise the issue yourself, I'm just a common user as you.
-
Hi @Thomas Deiler , thanks a lot.
-
Hi @Mike Singleton , You can create two groups in AD, one for Confluence users and one for Jira users. Sync both groups with Atlassian Access. In Atlassian Access you can set the product access, there you can grant access to Jira for the Jira group and for Confluence for the Confluence group.
-
Hi @Heiko Schmidt , great to hear that it works now and glad that I could help somehow.
-
Can you try issuetype = Vorfall AND priority = "1" It might be, that the 1 without "" is interpreted as the id and not the name of the priority.
-
Hi @Heiko Schmidt , I think it should work with custom priorieties also. Can you share your JQL you use? Are there any errors or does the SLA just not what it shoud?
-
Hi @charif hamza , Yes, you can. Just change the ports the second jira uses.
-
Hi @Julia Shcherbyna _SaaSJet_ , Maybe @Luke Hostetler can help you here.
-
And here is the link to the documentation https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/atlassian-cloud-tutorial
-
Hi @Mario Tonin , Welcome to the community. As you tagged your question with cloud, I guess that you are on the Atlassian Cloud. The documentation you linked here is for Server and Data Center. If you want to connect Atlassian Cloud products with your Azure AD, you need Atlassian Access also and can configure it there.
-
Hi @Igor Poltorak , I would raise an issue with the Support, they can check and probably enable this feature for you. https://support.atlassian.com/contact
-
Hi @ControlRoom ArkanHQ , Welcome to the community. I think your support request was the best way to get in touch with Atlassian. As they told you, you have to involve authorised people from your organisation to proceed with your request.
-
Hi @Gurinder Singh , If pages are deleted from trash, they are gone. Thats the reason, why there is the trash. You can ask Atlassian via support ticket uf they have a backup, but that will reset the whole site to that point in time when the backup was taken.

Go to Cogwheel -> Manage Apps and check, what apps are installed and check, if there are updates available. Update the apps and then stop confluence and start it again normal and see if it starts again or if there are still errors.
-
The error message indicates that it has something to do with refined. Do you use that app. It might be worth a try to start with disabled apps. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/start-and-stop-confluence-838416264.html If confluence starts then, check if there is an update for the apps or disable the apps and re-enable…
-
Hi @Keith Pritchard , If each test run is a separate issue, you can use issue security. You could configure it so, that all test runs are available only for the assignee and for example you.
-
No, you have to create the project first and then import the csv.
-
Hi @Bill Parlock , No there is no easy way. csv is probably the easiest way. For a project import you're right, all the configuration must be created before you can import the project. That's some kind of mad, because that is making a lot of trouble and effort to do this. So maybe an app might help, some apps can also be…

Hi @Jean Bien-Aime , I think this might answer your questions: https://support.atlassian.com/provisioning-users/docs/understand-user-provisioning/
-
Hi, If you want to sync users with Active Directory, you'll need additional Atlassian Access. If you don't have an Azure AD, Atlassian provides a free Octa Account, that can sync with Active Directory and with Atlassian access.
-
Hi @Bruce Walman , I would go for Jira Software. You can try a setup with Data Center Version, but it will be a lot easier to start with a free Cloud version on https://www.atlassian.com/try
-
Hi @Michael Ilewicz , The data is kept in the database, if you didn't touch that database, your data should still be the same. Only attachments are stored on the server, so there are probably some missing.
-
Hi @Martin Hedlund , if they created an issue by sending an email, a customer account should have been created at that time, no matter if they set the password or not. You could check the in the customers tab in your Servicedesk Project. If the customer has an account there, they should be able to use the "Forgot Password"…
-
You can, you just have to choose Server/Data Center and then Jira and then provide the SEN instead of an URL.
-
You would have to add some lines in that file, it is in the link I provided in the first reply. But uf Jira can reach the marketplace, it is not the proxy You could raise an issue with Atlassian support to check if there is an issue with the marketplace. As workaround you could go the the marketplace listing of the app, go…
-
Hi Ralf, thats the configuration for the incoming/reverse proxy. The outbound proxy is set in the setenv.sh file in the Java Options. Could you test, if Jira can reach the marketplace in general, for example by going to Apps section and search for a new app? Then it may be only a problem with that specific app.
-
Hi @Ralf Thmas , do you need a proxy maybe to access the internet? If that is the case, you can take a look here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/configure-an-outbound-proxy-for-use-in-jira-server-247857187.html

Hi @Bart Van Kerckhoven , welcome to the community. You could go to the Project Settings page. There should be a "Automation" in the menu on left. If you choose that, you can look for the automation that manages the status transition. You might have to Automation pages, where it could be located. If you found the…
