Hi @[deleted] , welcome to the community. It is possible, but you will have to meet some requirements. You need to be on the Premium or Enterprise Plan to get the Feature "IP allowlisting". That allows you to define the IPs / IP-ranges, that are allowed to access your site. That it works, you also need fixed IPs /…

Hi @Darlene Neumann , here you can find the public roadmap for Confluence; https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/data-center?product=confluence

Hi @[deleted] , to follow up to @Srinatha Tondihal answer, if you are using the Java that is installed with Confluence and/or Jira and you add the certificate in that trust store, the certificate will be lost when upgrading the application, because the Java installation will be overwritten. So if you upgrade, you have…

Hi @Tommy , welcome to the Community. This might have several causes: Could you check, if the file permissions for the Confluence home directory and the attachments are set correct? https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-set-file-system-permissions-for-confluence-986879252.html Is the Confluence home set correct?…

Hi @hongjiangli , as Confluence has published in it's Advisory, that's true. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-security-advisory-2022-06-02-1130377146.html And that is, what End Of Life means, Atlassian does not support that versions any more. If you want to get Fixes / Support, you need to be running a…

Hi @vramanujam , keep it mind, that you will never be able to update your Bitbucket to a new major version, even if you install 7.21.x now. In regards to documentation, this might be what you need. https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver0721/clustering-with-bitbucket-1115666842.html
-
Hi @Frode Aasegaard , please check this thread, it seems they had a similar issue. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/problem-after-upgrade-from-6-15-2-to-7-13-7/qaq-p/2050606

Hi @araalghamdi , please check this documentation, there is a section how to set another page as homepage. Please try to set your old homepage this way. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/set-up-a-space-home-page-829076213.html

Hi @vramanujam , please re-think about installing Bitbucket on Windows. Windows is not supported any more, the 7.21.x releases are the latest that support Windows.
-
Hi @Kjetil Laugsand , It might be a permission issue, I think there is a permission to close issues. Make sure you have this permission.
-
Hi @Rashmi , You should also check the supported platforms page to be sure that your environment meets the requirements. Might be that you have to upgrade database or something like that also to be able to update bitbucket.
-
Hi Ralf, This happens often. You can just try to fix ownership of files and folders and then it should work.
-
Hi @[deleted] , You probably have to configure the outbound proxy for Jira. Here is the documentation for that: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/configure-an-outbound-proxy-for-use-in-jira-server-247857187.html

It depends, I think. Some Apps will slow down viewing the issues if a lot of extra data has to be loaded from by the app. If you will notice this depends on how many apps and how fast the data is loaded. If you have apps that are performing actions I.e. in a workflow, it might slow down transition of the issue.
-
Hi @Ivan Andrieiev , I think you you can use the release button as a simple way. It is on the top right of the board and will create a release and add all issues in the done column. This will then remove the issues.
-
Hi @AM , Story Points are a way to estimate the complexity of an issue. They are reletaive to each other and often some like Planning Poker is used for estimation. You can read more here https://www.atlassian.com/agile/project-management/estimation

Hi @gregory_wallace , You should make sure that usernames in Crowd are the same as they will be in AD. Also make sure you have all groups in the AD that you might have in Crowd. Then you can connect the AD as new user directory and move it above the Crowd directory. If everything works fine, you can disable the Crowd…

On that case i would definitely use the LTS version. You can stick with that version for a while and all important fixes should be backported there, so that you have only minor updates if needed.
-
Hi @Lucinda Stroud , it depends how often you are going to update your Confluence in the future. If you will update often, you can head for the latest version. If you will not update often (maybe once a year), I would go for the LTS version. And just as Pramodh said, document well how you did the upgrade, so that you are…

Hi @Thomas Frye , Great you could find the solution and thanks for sharing it here.

Hi @MLampert2004 , Welcome to the community. Confluence is like a wiki tool, you can use it to collaborate, document, share knowledge and things like this. The integration between Jira and Confluence allows you to link Confluence pages in Jira, i.e. to give more context to the issue. And you can link Jira issues in…

Hi @Thomas Frye , Welcome to the community. Did you check, if the file /var/atlassian/application-data/bamboo/bamboo.cfg.xml exist? And could you make sure, that bamboo can read that file.

Hi @[deleted] , No, you can just create a new queue and try to add the same configuration.
-
Hi @Susan Lee , Welcome to the community. Are both cloud sites? Maybe you have an on Premise Confluence at Work. You could check that easily, if you access that Confluence with a url like xy.atlassian.net it is Cloud, if not is in on Premise.
-
As it relates to certification, choose "Training and Certification " and then Certification, that would fit best, I think.
-
Hi @Piyush A (STR) , For me its the same. I would raise an issue with Atlassian support. https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Hi, You could try issuetype = Bug AND affectedVersion = "DV 2022.R1.0" AND ( labels not in (cdms, CDMS, cdms_T1, cdms_T2, cdms_T3, cdms_T4, cdms_T5) or labels is empty) AND statusCategory in (2, 4) ORDER BY labels ASC, created DESC

Hi @Collin Nielsen , If you open the filter, there should be a details link next to the filter name. If you open the details, the owner of the filter should be able to share the filter with others, giving them view or edit permissions.

Hi @Piotr Pladzyk , If you need to contact the support, you can do so at https://support.atlassian.com/contact
