Hi @Herman Ronk , There is currently a vulnerability in confluence that is a lot exploited, maybe you have been hit by that.
-
If you can login when changing back the port, just do that and create a admin user in the Bitbucket local directory, you should be able to use that one even when you change back the port to 80.
-
Hi IT@tarus.com , You will have to recreate the Application Links for Jira-Bitbucket. You should be able to do that from Jira, afterwards authentication should work again as usual.
-
Hi @Rakesh Kumar Srivastava , You should have a look at the logs, especially the atlassian-confluence.log or maybe also the Catalina.out to see what errors are logged there.
-
Hi @Daniela Buffarini , I will try to explain. If you configure a field as required in the field configuration, it is always required, no matter if the field is on the screen or not. If you just want to make it required on certain situations, you can use validators or conditions to achieve that. A condition will check…

Hi @Heather Cunningham , Welcome to the community. This message just tells you, that the server just can not respond to your request. Are you on server or on cloud? If you are on server, you can reach out to the administrator to check if confluence is running properly. If you are on cloud, you should reach out to the…

I don't understand what you want to do. You can just use your license on exactly one server. If you want to change the server, use it on the new one.
-
Hi, In that case you have to create an issue type for each request type, otherwise it is not possible to do that. A workaround might be to do it with screens on transitions, so that you have a transition for each request type and a dedicated screen for each transition. You can then use conditions to show only the…

But you will have to tell your connection which server it should connect to. Do you do that somewhere?
-
Hi @Przemysław Sierechan , You can just use your existing license for the new server, but you need to shut down your existing server to get no trouble with your license.
-
I asked @Alexey Matveev about his advice for migrating different Jira instances with different user names into one, does that also count?
-
Maybe you can do it with the following KB Article https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-get-and-update-jira-license-string-from-the-database-441746313.html
-
That looks OK. And the email from setting is really the same on both instances?
-
Hi, just try this one: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-remove-duplicate-lexorank-fields-779159223.html
-
Hi @Satya , Welcome to the community. That's no problem, there is a built-in csv-import. But you might need Jira administrator permissions for that, depending on the configuration. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/importing-data-from-csv-776636762.html
-
Hi @Fraser Hardy , Are you using IE as browser? Then just try another browser, sometimes that works in Firefox or Chrome. Best regards Bastian
-
Hi @rhochteil , It seems that you missed the host name of the URL, try http://jiradomain.com/rest/... And replace jiradomain.com with domain and port where your Jira is running.

Meeting Mike and Scott was great. And there was so much food, and I tried to taste it all, can't list all that and now definitely have to loose some weight again. And the most important announcement for me was the clear statement to cloud (although I personally don't like it so much).
-
To leave some features for the others, I will just mention the increased performance.
-
Hi @Rajesh Ramankutty Can you post screenshots of both email configurations?
-
Hi @Giang Le , So you checked everything mentioned here https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Troubleshooting+JIRA+Startup+Failed+Error
-
Hi Grant, welcome to the Community. Have fun here.
-
Hi, You can configure this on the workflow. Go to Jira Settings-Issues-Workflows, then edit the workflow from which you want to make transitions available. Then select the transition, and there should be a checkbox to make it visible in the portal. Publish the draft and it should be there.
-
Hi @rudystormer , Maybe you can check the jira field configuration. There you can define a renderer for text fields. If you choose the wiki style renderer, there should be your menu bar again.
-
@Monique vdB I don't know why, but I posted this in the merry may thread yesterday, so here again, I just received the 3 article written badge.
-
@Monique vdB, I just received my 3 Articles written Badge :-)
-
Hi @Mao Lee , Do you have the hierarchy in an AD or something like that. Then you can do this with an app like Active Directory Attribute sync maybe (I have to admit that I never tried this before). But maybe it's worth a look.
-
Hi @David Cho , when you are on the board, there should be three dots on the top right. Choose "Configure Board". You are now in the Configuration area. There should be a "Board" Dropdown field in the top right now. There is an option to delete the board.
-
Hi @prenesh naidoo , welcome to the community. As @Taranjeet Singh wrote, it is a java based application. You will need to have root access to your server, to install it. Then you can just use the installer, which you can get from the download page.

Hi @Pradeep Waragoda , welcome to the Community. Did you check the "Strip Quotes" Checkbox. With that, quoted parts of the email should be removed, so that there is only the new content added as comment.
