Hi @Sheryl Carpenter , You should take a look at the Upgrade Notes, but it should be no problem. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftware/jira-software-7-6-x-upgrade-notes-938027185.html

Hi @Julia , I just noticed that there is now the ACP-420 (Managing Jira Service Projects for Cloud) Certification on the University-Site, but that one seems to be still locked, can you share any more information about this?…
-
@Armand Luziau_Elements_ , thanks a lot, this looks like a solution, I'll have a closer look at this.
-
Hi @Mike Walsh , I think there is only a way to disable accounts, you can find the documentation here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/admin/user-management/rest/api-group-users/#api-users-account-id-manage-lifecycle-disable-post

Thanks a lot again, I got it running by adding an explicit authorization as my user.
-
Hi Kishan, thanks a lot, I'll have a look at this.
-
Hi Nic, thanks a lot. Sadly, we do not have Scriptrunner for Confluence, but if it will make things a lot easier, maybe I can convince them to get this also.
-
Yes, as there is no major version change, it should be ok to just run the installer. You might have to re-do the changes in the configuration files, but the installer will show you the modified files.
-
Hi, We have good experience with editing permissions, just remove all permissions, then it will not be shown any more.
-
Hi, You have to go to project settings and then to request types, there you can configure the fields shown for that request type on the portal.
-
Hi @BILL SCHWARTZ , Welcome to the community. What do you mean by free version? If you upgrade, I would go for 7.13, as this is the Long Term Support release. Usually, the Upgrades with the Installer are no problems, but anyway you should be sure to backup all data and the database. If you have no apps, migration should be…
-
Hi, If you use http/https you could add username and password in the url, so the data can be protected and is not public available. But you will need a Webserver anyway. I don't think there is a way to upload the data somewhere to the filesystem in cloud.

Hi Brandon, by default, there is no way to assign a calendar to a user. A way might be, to do it with the Goal Configuration, but I never tried that before. As the calendar is attached to the goals and a JQL query, you might have multiple goals with the same time (i.e. 4h) but different JQL query. Then you could assign the…

Hi @Andrew Custer , could you please check in the Board Configuration, there should be a "Estimation" Option in the menu on the left. There you could set the estimation to Story Points. Then they should be shown also on the cards.
-
Yes, correct, sadly not.
-
Hi @Sean McGown , If you are on cloud, there is no way to access the site per SSH and there is also no way to access the database directly to dump it. In cloud, you can only use the UI methods to create a backup.
-
Hi @Mikael Sandberg , thank you very much, this sounds at least like a possible solution, although I had the hope, that some App might provide such a solution, so that we don't need an extra service.
-
Hi @sahil.shokeen , Welcome to the community. We can not help you in this case, as we are only end-users like you and can only answer questions. You'll need some support directly from Atlassian, you can reach out to them here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Hi, I'm not sure, but I guess it has something to do with SSL Configuration. jsse.alias_no_key_entry at org.apache.tomcat.util.net.AbstractJsseEndpoint.createSSLContext(AbstractJsseEndpoint.java:100) Can you check, if you have imported the certificate correct into the keystore?
-
Additional you can find the documentation here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-a-new-calendar/
-
Hi Brandon, That's possible. In the project configuration, just below the SLA configuration is the configuration for the calendar. There you can define a calendar which includes only your business hours. Then go to the SLA configuration and choose that calendar in the goals section.
-
Hi Parker, In this case I would open a request with the Support. You can find them here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
-
Hi Kojo, So what did you try? If you add them to the Filter Result Gadget for example, they'll show up. Just notice, that these fields are not showing with their name but with the corresponding icon.
-
Sounds like a lot of fun. I'm in also.
-
Hi Carlos, you are welcome. Gret to hear that.
-
Hi Carlos, you have to check the workflow itself, the postfunctions etc, not the issues. So you need to go to workflow configuration (Cog -> Issues -> Workflows) and check every Transition. You will need Jira Administrator Permission for this.
-
Hi Carlos, as in your error the resolutions mentioned, maybe your workflow refers to a non-existent resolution. Could you check your workflow post-functions if they set a resolution and if that resolutions are all valid.
-
First, I don't see the outcome ID here, so I'm not sure, if this is the same query we are talking about? But looking at your query, I think this is an issue with the AND and OR. So just to be sure to understand, what you want to achieve. Do you want a) all issues from the HT-Hyperwallet-CloudOps project and that are not…

Hi @Ainhoa Etxeberria , welcome to the community. If you try 8.16 hours, this would be 8 hours and 3 Minutes and 45 Seconds. This is not supported by Jira, as the Message states. So you have to set it to a value, that will solve to a whole number, so 3 or 4 Minutes would be possible.
-
Hi @aogunlusi , Welcome to the community. I'm not sure what exactly the question if. And I can't check the result, because I don't have access to your site. But if your query gives you the right issues at all but only for too many projects, you can use project != xoom and (your query here).
