How would you add multiple users from two multi-user picker fields into another multi-user picker field? Automation for Jira would override the first field's users with the second field users even though I set 'append'. I didn't find anything in Scriptrunner that helps.

Hi, I have a scenario where I want to send customer notifications to only the participants and not the organization. Though the organization must be added(to 'see' the ticket) they should not get notified of a comment unless the members are explicitly added as participants. How can we achieve this? I have about 500 values to disable and was planning to write a SQL script to set the 'disabled' flag to 'Y' in customfieldoption table. It would be great if scriptrunner or Atlassian themselves provide some solution to this.
