Hi @Risikanta Pradhan do you use curl on the command line or a browser / http client? 500 means server error and usually comes from wrong input, so it is essential to see everything you entered / send. I just tried this in my demo environment and it worked without any problems: curl --request DELETE --url…

hi @Risikanta Pradhan thanks for clarification. Did you check, that you replace the placeholders for workspace and object with the correct ids? How do you authenticaticate when using curl? Could you also please paste the whole curl error here?
-
Hi @Risikanta Pradhan thanks for your question. Would you mind sharing the request body and headers you are sending? Please do not post credentials.

Hi @Suryanarayan_Sharma2 , thanks for your question and welcome to the community. As of standard functionalities, sadly there is nothing to achieve this. You said without apps, but as you are using a free instance, this one would be free for up to ten users and should solve your problem.

hi @Piotr Mańkowski 1. Yes, you are right. 2. Attributes:
-
Hey @Kim Euker just to make sure: Have you tried using "LIKE" as an operator instead of "=" ? This should be used together with .label
-
hey @Piotr Mańkowski the following setup is working in my environment:
-
Hi @arno I'm not quite sure what you mean, but listeners do listen to specific events and can then modify the issue for example. It is possible to listen to all events or select a specific one. In the code field below, you need to use groovy to set the assignee. There should be some examples in the library I linked above,…

@Naveen Basar thanks for clarification. So I guess the problem is the mail forwarding configured in your mailserver. This needs to be configured, that the email are forwarded with the original sender instead of your support address. I guess that needs to be figured out with your mail admin.
-
Hi @Piotr Mańkowski sorry for the delay. This ist quite strange. I would recommend opening a support request. :(
-
Thanks for clarification. In my demo environment, I have the same setup. Your second try "Assigned To" = ${customfield_12345} should be right, as both sides carry an user object. An alternative you could try would be: "Assigned To".label LIKE ${customfield_12345.displayName}
-
Hi @Piotr Mańkowski thanks for your question. Is the Assigned To Attribute a single user attribut or does it take more values? Also, what type is it? Jira User? String? As ${reporter} worked, it is probably something user related.
-
Hi @Godwin Joel welcome to the community and thanks for your request. Could you please post a screenshot of the issuetype create screen? Also, did you check the modify reporter permission for the user who is creating the issue?
-
Hi @Naveen Basar thanks for your question. if every request shows your support address as reporter, there is something wrong with your incoming mail setup. Do customers send directly to this address, or are mails forwarded from this address to another one, which is configured in Jira? Please post some screenshots of your…
-
Hi @Jagmohan thanks for your question. Could you please log the value of the issue.assignee.distinct part? Did you touch anything else accept switching reporter to assignee?
-
Hi @arno thanks for clarification. Using Scriptrunner, I would recommend using Listeners. These can be configured to watch issue updates and modify issues afterwards. There is also a script library to help you get started with scriptrunner.

Hi @Renato looks like you are looking for issue templates to automatically create a fixed set of issues in certain cases. If so, you could create an automation rule that creates these issues or as an alternative, you could use a plugin. There are several ones in the marketplace. Here are two examples: * a simpler…
-
Hi @arno thanks for your question. Using behaviours, you would usually prefill values on create screens or hide elements in drop down fields. As of setting assignee according to another issue field, the easiest way would be to use components, as they have component leads, which could automatically be assigned to new…

Hi @Karina.Kachan welcome to the community and thanks for your question. Your problem sounds like there is something wrong with permissions. First, please check if all of the people who should be assignable have a valid Jira Service Management license. As you are using a free plan, there are only three Agent slots…

Hi @Lucca Fernandes welcome to the community and thank you for your question. When editing a workflow, especially a transition there is a part called triggers. This is where you would select the external trigger. Looks like this: Further documentation on this can be found here.
-
Hi @Tony Dyson thanks for your feedback. Love to hear that ✌️
-
Hi @Tony Dyson welcome to the community and thank you for your question. For the scenario you described, I would highly recommend the usage of an automation rule. There is a detailed documentation which describes the needed steps and and available actions. The Send email action would be the one you need. Using smart…

Hi there, I've been using Atlassian tools for over a decade now and have been doing Jira consulting for about 7 years. I really love the new JWM experience as it is the perfect gap for customers that want to use boards but do not need the development related parts.
-
Hey @Jimmy Seddon, I would love to. Count me in on the next empty slot 🙂
-
Hi @Carlos Chang thanks for your question. In my opinion, JWM is the perfect fit for teams that need a simple Kanban board, without all the software development features of JSW. This is how I explain in to my customers. Benefits of using JWM for such teams: * they can use boards but don't get Sprints, Versions, Releases…

hi @Trevor de Souza thanks for the screenshots. Could you please try the following setup?
-
@Kim Euker what type of field do you want to use? Could you post a screenshot of your current custom field configuration and if so, asset field settings?
-
so the following SQL will return a list of all custom fields with their name and and id: SELECT id, cfname FROM customfield; If you want to get a list of fields used in a certain project, here is an article with a more complex sql statement to gather this information:…

I'm not a hundred percent sure if I'm getting it right, but what I meant in terms of configuration is: * custom field 1 * Filter scope (AQL) --> pointing to object * issue Filter scope (AQL) --> empty * custom field 2* Filter scope (AQL) --> pointing to object * Filter scope (AQL) --> the aql from my last comment Here are…

Hi @zacharoula_brinia thanks for your question. One way to achieve this would be using security level. Therefore you need to create an issue security scheme, define a level with visibility for internal and put it on all the issues in the project, the 3rd party members should not be able to view. The whole process is…
