Hi @Vishal, out of the box, it is not possible to export specific data, just the usual csv, html and xml export. If you would like to create specific exports, I can recommend Better PDF Exporter It is a little bit tricky at the beginning, but it has so many possibilities to customize the content.

I really like this question. Im I've done a lot of interviews in the last years and talked to so many different people with totally different backgrounds. One thing I always looked at where their resume sure, but they din't give me any context at all. And there are always two sides of a coin. Often quitting jobs can be…

Hi @ITAnt , do you get any error message? Are you a Site/Org Admin? What do you see, when you open https://<yoursite>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/projects/manage
-
Hi @ITAnt , what is your specific question? Regarding x-ray, you have to update your server app. Nevertheless, there might be some manual steps to be done after migration. Regarding Workflow Toolbox, here is a documentation regarding cloud migration path. Fist info box displays: Currently, all workflow functions have to…

Hi @Mithila N Bhat , the App Time in Status should do the trick: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211756/time-in-status?tab=overview&hosting=server Its available for all plattforms and it can show the time an issue has spend in a status and also count the times a status or transition was used.

@Paul Richard this is right, as @mentions are not send out to customers in your version of JSM. @mentions to customers are included with version 4.18.1. See here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-1476
-
Hi @Ronald Kerstens , did you deactivate the users as well?
-
Hey @andrew senitz , when using JSM Cloud, this can easily be done by an project automation: If you are using Server/DC you need the "Automation for Jira App", which is integrated in Cloud already. Regards, Kai
-
Hey @Dane Lewin , the regular Jira Asset Management is Insight. Atlassian bought it, and it is now fully integrated into the ITSM solution.

Had my cloud migration simulation this week. I really like the fresh look and new features of the cloud products ❤️

Hi there, my name is Kai and I've been working with Jira for about 10 years now. I stated as a consultant about 5 years ago and primarily focused on JSM in the last 2-3 years. I'm here to help with questions regarding JSM, Insight and Automation for Jira and I love the endless possibilities of this combination.
-
Hi @Administrator , did you get a response from Atlassian? Got the same problem today .... Kai
-
We did remote team events, playing online games like https://garticphone.com/ and hanging around in a video call.

In addition to Fernandos question, it would be helpful to know, wether the agents are able to access the queues and SLAs stuff, or not.

Hi there! I started using Jira about 10 years ago. I have been around the Community for a few years, answering and asking whenever I have some time. I mostly like JSM, Insight and Automation for Jira. Really enjoying the new level of integration in Jira Cloud.

Hi @Joseph Chung Yin , thanks for your answer. Not quite what I was looking for, as I'm not using cloud, but the json structure seems to be the same. I hoped that it would be enough to use smart values, but advanced field editing is also ok. Kind regards, Kai
-
@Charlotte Nicolaou thanks for the info regarding migration. But what would you recommend to our customer, that has used the app in production and has hundreds of Objects. How should they be transferred to the JSM integration?
-
Can confirm that. The instance on which it still works uses ScriptRunner 6.05. None working instances uses ScriptRunner 6.16
-
Having the exact same issue. * Jira 8.5.9 * A4J 7.26 I can confirm that its still working in our second instance, with the same Jira version but A4J 7.1.16.

Hi @alexander_dvorkin , out of the box, this is not possible via JQL. You can't compare values in a way SQL supports. But if you have Scriptrunner installed, there might be a solution: issueFieldMatch It takes the following parameters: * subquery * fieldname * regexp (for comaprison) Usage: issueFunction in…

Hi Tomislav, I'm not sure if I'm getting you write. I guess this should be possible. But you may need to provide some more information. As of now, I would say that something like this should work:

Hi Federica, you are using Jira Cloud? What statuses does your workflow have? Is the Done Status colored green? Another option you might want to try is using: resolution is empty Regards, Kai
-
Hi Sanjay, are you running other development webservers in your machines? What OS are you using? If ist Windows this thread might be helpful https://community.developer.atlassian.com/t/atlas-run-in-tutorial-causes-404-error/24612 Regards Kai

Hi Joe, there is an open bug ticket which tracks this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-53028 Sadly it is in the long term backlog, so there might not be a solution in the near future :(
-
Sorry, but the question was about Jira, but your link is a Confluence HowTo. Anything else that might help?

Hey Dzmitry, thanks for looking into this. As soon as you release an updated version, I'm going to test it on on off our demo instances. Thanks Kai
